I've not flown internationally since the pandemic took hold.
I have a journey coming up from the US to Scotland via Amsterdam.
I was fully vaccinated in the US, I have my CDC card.

My reading of the requirements is, before I travel:

- I need to book a PCR test for just after I arrive in the UK.
- I need to fill out a UK passenger locator form for the UK.
- I need to fill out a health declaration for the Netherlands.

... and that's all? For instance, it doesn't look as if I need to be
tested until I am in Scotland. A couple of questions:

- Does this look wrong or incomplete?
- Is there some coherent up-to-date source for this stuff?
Mostly I seem to be dealing with a patchwork of out-of-date sources.

(I checked with my airline and they don't even seem to much cope
with that Scotland is different from England.)

Yup, I did. And then another before returning to the US. It's likely
that sub-PCR would now suffice but I wanted to be sure, on the UK side
the rules seemed to be in flux.

Yup.

Ha. No on the outbound, when I had one, but yes for the return flight,
when I didn't. Also for the return leg, I managed to get via some
official source (CDC or Delta) a passenger attestation form for COVID
stuff that turned out to be "the old one" so I needed to fill in
another. Even more inconsistency, on the Delta domestic, they gave us
santizing wipes on boarding, for the long-haul they didn't. At least it
all worked out in the end.
