HNIC started on CBC in the fall of 1952-53; they have covered literally thousands of games since, and I am disinclined to type out thousands of games; briefly...from November 1, 1952 through 1969-70 they covered every Saturday night Canadiens or Leafs
home regular season game, all Canadiens and Leafs playoff games home and away, and all games of the 1961 Stanley Cup final between Detroit and Chicago( the only one in those years not involving either the Leafs or Canadiens), two 1958 semi final games
between New York Rangers and Boston, four 1968 semi final games between Minnesota and St. Louis; get the schedules for those years and you will have what you ask for for the 1952-1970 years.
CBC also televised the NHL All star games when it was played (Stanley cup champs vs all stars) on the Saturday night preceding the start of the regular season (1953-1965).
Once Vancouver came into the league in 1970-71 many, but not all, Vancouver home games were shown; to my knowledge there still has never been a Toronto Saturday home game not shown on HNIC, but as for Montreal, Calgary, Winnipeg,
Edmonton, Vancouver...… Some, but not all, games have been shown every season; when Quebec was in the league HNIC had playoff games vs. Philadelphia in 1981, Montreal, Boston, and New York Islanders in 82, Montreal in 84, 85, Monreal in 93 and Rangers
in 95, but their regular season Saturdays on HNIC were limited to 10-17-81 vs Toronto, 1-15-83, vs Calgary, 12-10-89, vs Los Angeles, 3-24-90, vs Toronto, 3-5-94 vs Toronto, 3-4-95 vs Buffalo, 4-2-95 vs Ottawa, 5-3-95 vs Hartford; I think, but can not be
sure without checking my entire file, that the most games HNIC ever showed on a single Saturday was 4; one example,
January 21, 1989...I was away at the 49ers Super Bowl in Miami and taped all the games, all at 8pm eastern:
Toronto-Montreal: Bob Cole, Harry Neale, Dick Irvin;
Pittsburgh-Edmonton Chris Cuthbert, Scotty Bowman;
Philadelphia-Winnipeg: Don Wittman, Brad Selwood;
Rangers-Vancouver: Bruce Buchanan, John Garrett.
They have done 4 games on a single Saturday a number of times since, most recently January 10, 2009.
Here's a typical schedule for CBLT 5 in Toronto and CKVR 3 Barrie.
These games were also on CHEX 12 Peterborough.
