As I said before, if I'm on my way out the door I'd the last thing I'd
want is that parasite wasting what little bit of my enjoyment left with
his antics. Imagine working to pay for his upkeep while any money he
gets supports his ego trip? I still believe a formal eviction will be necessary. He puts barnacles to shame.

I think her family or landlord will have to evict him after she is gone. Stage 4, stopping work.
Her final days will more than likely be with this thing in her home.
I feel for her stress. Like anyone in that position needs extra stress.
