• JOHN HENRY DEJONG: The Perpetual Mooch!

From Davey Zimmerman #274@21:1/5 to All on Sun Sep 17 19:10:20 2023
Our favorite mooch has been whining about grifters for a week or so.

Mr. Ethical is posting private messages without permission too.

Let's see what he's been doing since!

    "John Henry

Expanding the storefront to include more options for targeted support,
i.e. you make a contribution for a specific purpose rather than just for "whatever I feel the need to spend money on." I know some folks like to
have a little control or express the intent of their contributions, so
I'm trying to make that easier and more attractive. There'll be several
more sections with at least a couple of dozen items listed including
software, addons and plugins for my website, and physical items ranging
from "a new webcam" to musical instruments, editing equipment, and
everything else I need after decades of being destitute and too
embarrassed and poverty-shamed to dare ask for more than straight up
survival needs. Here's a link to the software section, which will also
have additional items added over time. (Some things, like BorisFX,
there's no sense in putting up there until I get my computer replaced,
since right now this box doesn't have the cojones to even run it.)"

It's all going to get used any way this grifter sees fit.

    "John Henry

    Hey y'all.
135K people have engaged with my work in the last week and a half. It's
been seen by 830,000. I need food, shoes, pain relief, software, to
upgrade my computer that's quickly getting to the point of not running
at all. Secure housing that doesn't rely on someone else's charity. Transportation. The list goes on. Why? To keep fighting the machine.
To continue calling out bad actors in our band of the spectrum. Not to
mention to do all of the things I haven't been doing like...enjoying my
life, making music, maybe doing some gaming (which could also be
monetized). Thank you. There are links to my site, linktree, and
several contribution options in the "Websites" section of this page. If
you can't swing it, please at least share this post and maybe someone
will see it who can. Sorry the message is so stark, I have some
environmental issues today that are preventing me from doing live or
recording audio and I've had about three hours of sleep. Also I think
living in a world where honestly asking for support is considered a scam
but blowing smoke up your butt to appeal to your biases is considered
authentic really sucks. I appreciate your support, your patience, and
your understanding. Thanks and much love, -JH"

    Grasshopper - meet the ants!

    "John Henry

Please please please help this get around and help if you can, ya know
the algo's gonna stomp it because it's about fundraising. This living
on five-ten-twenty bucks at a time thing has just about completely
broken me at this point. You really can't imagine how much additional
crap, wasted time, and lost work effectiveness due to stress and anxiety
I've been living with for the last fifteen years or so. And even as I
say that...I don't want your pity, man. I love you and appreciate the
empathy, it's not that, it's that I was never trying to be JH the
cyberbeggar. I do damn good work, and if I can get solid support under
me I can do a whole lot more of it, a whole lot more effectively.
    Thanks."

You want to donate to something worthwhile?

    Here you go!

    https://ofsds.org/donate/

    Why donate to Old Friends?
Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary is almost completely funded by private donations. Our primary goals are to provide lifetime high-quality care
to and find placements for otherwise “unadoptable” dogs, therefore, we
do not charge an adoption fee or any other fees to help to cover our
expenses. All the dogs who come into our program are fully vetted prior
to living at the sanctuary or being placed in a forever foster home. We
ensure that the dogs at the sanctuary and those in forever foster homes
get their monthly preventatives, required vetting, and any other special
needs that they may have. One-time, recurring, tribute, and dog
sponsorship donations are made through NEONcrm.

Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3), IRS recognized,
nonprofit organization. All of your donations are tax deductible. Our
    EIN is 45-5084188.

This escalated from "I want Windows 11" and "I got a BSOD" to "it's almost unusable" pretty quickly. What's wrong with it besides the fact that it won't run Cities Skylines 2?

Those were funny. He kept trying to frame Omar as being disingenuous
when in fact he was openly contemptuous of John. It was pretty blatant mockery.

My god, Omar was funny. since John has already *unethically* published
private conversations from 8 years ago, I'll put this out there.

    https://johnhenry.us/blog/2023/09/16/omar-rivero-conversation/

Here's one that sailed over John's drug addled skull. I converted the
images to text. It should be accurate.

Omar: "LMFAO. I like you John. You are a fucking trip. I'm actualy a
huge fan of your YouTube videos and your pleas for donations. Send me
the link. I'll send you a few dollars for your ramen noodles."

At least Omar didn't mention gyros and beefaroni. That's so classy!

    John replies 8 years later:

John: "For the record, he never sent me jack shit. But ask yourselves
what kind of progressive or leftist or liberal engages in poverty
shaming and ridiculing people who have to eat ramen."

John doesn't have to eat ramen, he has choices. He can do scut work.

If that wasn't enough, this is fucking classic. Omar fucking rules!

Omar: "Yeah I agree. Some liberal Facebook page managers are fucking out
of their minds. You on the other hand, it's very admirable how you've
stuck to your convictions. Even if they are YouTube videos nobody
watches and genius websites nobody reads..."

    Excellent! OMAR RULES!

Omar: "You've never stopped fighting against the axis of ego on the
mean streets of the Facebook liberal sphere. You're a rock, John. A
shining beacon for those firebaggers who hate successful liberals more
than they hate republicans. Thank you so much."

Omar did everything but put John's head on a stick. I'm a big fan now!

Read the whole rant. But Omar finisg=hes him off with this final
    comment:

Omar: "So you've been doing this since 1989... Any success?"

It's 2023 and John continues embracing failure like it's a 100K Paypal donation.

Let's see what he's been doing since!

    "John Henry

A: Software subscriptions, hosting fees, and fizzy drinks
B: Electricity, natural gas, rent, shoes, and food

I sincerely doubt he's paid the current mooching victim a cent towards utilities or rent. He mooches the food from the job she has. John is too
proud to do scut work like the rest of the proletariat.

Which category have this year's donations been applied towards?

    1. Weed
    2. Weed.
    3. Further begging.

Here's a link to the software section, which will also
have additional items added over time. (Some things, like BorisFX,
there's no sense in putting up there until I get my computer

Boris FX Suite is $175 per month. Why is this necessary?

"Amateurs obsess over tools, pros over mastery" https://www.hottakes.space/p/amateurs-obsess-over-tools-pros-over

If the tools aren't making you money, it needs to be looked at as an investment. But these aren't getting a return and you're only renting
    them.

John scheduled a "popup fundrasier last Friday at 8pm. Nobody showed. So
a few hours later, John decided to start another rant.

    https://www.facebook.com/JohnHenryUS/videos/805871634614882

It's all going to get used any way this grifter sees fit.

He's made that crystal clear before.

John says that you can't buy him and you can't control him. Ask his
family. He sure isn't paying back rent to his former landlord either.

    "John Henry

135K people have engaged with my work in the last week and a half.
It's been seen by 830,000. I need food,

Isn't he eating free catering leftovers?

Hell yes. He's gumming anything Mona brings back.

    shoes,

Skip the Office365 and Adobe and (and... and...) payments for a month.

Just ordered these at 50 bucks plus shipping:

    https://www.wolverine.com/US/en/rev-ultraspring-durashocks-vent-carbonmax -work-boot/195018313270.html

They have 50 dollar sales on shoes every few months. Composite toe,
DuraShocks and lightweight uppers, it's like walking on air. I'm just
not sure why John needs shoes. He goes nowhere, in every sense of the
    word.

    pain relief,

    He's asking for drug money?

No, he's mooching drug money. That's soooooooo unethical!

    software, to
upgrade my computer that's quickly getting to the point of not
    running at all.

This escalated from "I want Windows 11" and "I got a BSOD" to "it's
almost unusable" pretty quickly. What's wrong with it besides the fact
that it won't run Cities Skylines 2?

It's not going to run Boris FX at $2100 a year either.

Secure housing that doesn't rely on someone else's charity.

Is he having problems with his host?

I'm guessing if she's close to dying he's not going to squat there. Her
kids will boot that mooch out pronto.

Transportation. The list goes on. Why? To keep fighting the machine.
To continue calling out bad actors in our band of the spectrum. Not
to mention to do all of the things I haven't been doing
like...enjoying my life, making music, maybe doing some gaming

    When did he stop gaming?

Not fair. John works 12-16 hours a day. Given that most of his schtick
is reposting memes and repackaging other people's work when he's not
whining, I'd say gaming is a large part of his day. Paypal him now.

    (which could also be
monetized). Thank you. There are links to my site, linktree, and
several contribution options in the "Websites" section of this page.
If you can't swing it, please at least share this post and maybe
someone will see it who can. Sorry the message is so stark,

It's actually pretty murky. Lots of unanswered questions.

Pay no attention to the freeloader mooching off a terminal woman.

    I have some
environmental issues today that are preventing me from doing live or
recording audio and I've had about three hours of sleep.

This sounds similar to the complaints he made against his prior
housemates. He is turning against his host, isn't he? Or is it his
    host who's had enough?

Hard to believe John would wear out his welcome. I hope he gets good
    references this time.

I'd bet money Mona is a kind person who thought she was giving an old friend a place to regroup and get back on his feet. She is most likely now realizing she got an annoying man-baby dependent who ain't going to launch. You know he had all kinds of busy
