I got a phone call from a good friend in the Carolinas (some of you
might know him as John Henry) this morning when I was in the shower, telling me to turn on CNN, because we were under attack. I thought he
was nuts (shut up), but a quick change of channel made it all too apparent. I talked to my grandmother (a widow of a decorated WWII vet) right after that, and she said it felt worse than 7 Dec 1941.

This is obviously the worst thing that ever happened in my lifetime,
and in the lifetimes of anyone here. I can't begin to imagine the pain
of grief that the families and friends of those thousands of victims
must be experiencing at this point. My thoughts and prayers are with
each and every one of those affected by this awful tragedy. Whoever is behind it deserves the swift boot of justice up their ass.

However, I can't help but think that this is all a part of our nation reaping what it has sowed the last 225 years. Even worse is the
apparent lust for revenge I see on this newsgroup. The idiots
screaming "kill all the sand niggers", "let's start making Napalm
again", and other ignorant statements are no better than the
Palestinians dancing in the streets in joy and glee over the attacks
on America. Hate is hate, murder is murder, and the sooner that
everyone in this world sees that, the better chance we have of not completely sending this entire planet to a burning, hellish end. If
you truly believe in a God, let Him judge the guilty. If you truly
believe in our legal system as a nation and world, let them judge the guilty.

God bless America, whatever's left of it.

You are, were, and always will be a piece of shit.
