A: No, you idiot. "Who" was a character created and performed in the
World Wrestling Federation by Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart. Sometimes he
also appeared at childrens' birthday parties as Yuk-Yuk the Clown.

2. Okay, who (Not Neidhart - abbreviated n.n.) is Chad Bryant?

A: CHAD BRYANT is a cyberstalker on the Internet. He was born Chadlee
Anvil Bryant on May 7th, 1976 in Bakersfield, California to parents whom
would later regret that last sip of wine. As if enduring earthquakes and
Goldie Hawn movies wasn't bad enough, Chad's mother was so distraught
over giving birth to something that resembled a facehugger from "Aliens"
that she eventually killed herself when he was only nine years old. Chad
claims she died of a tragic illness, but the truth is her son was such a
miserable little shit that nine years were just too much for the poor
woman. It scarred Chad for life, and eventually led to him becoming a
person that not even Stephen King would have written into his works back
in King's party days of snorting cocaine and taking a shot of scotch
every time the 'T' key became stuck on his typewriter. For lack of a
better term, or perhaps a more accurate term, Chad Bryant is a
narcissistic sociopath anda pathological liar who lacks empathy and
courage and whom constantly runs from his responsibilities in life to
himself and others.

3. Why should I care?

A: You should probably care. Or don't care. Nobody really cares if you
care or don't care. No, really. Chad "Chadlee Anvil Bryant" (his given
name) Bryant thinks himself a somebody when really he is a nobody in a
somebody's body. If this were a Shakespeare play, Chadlee would probably
die before Act II in an embarrassing way like getting stabbed in the
balls or something. However, reality hasn't stopped him from repeatedly
inflating his ego, and you can bet that he thinks highly of himself and
sees himself as someone he is not, which in Chad's case is pretty much
anything sentient and with a pulse.

4. So...why is this FAQ here, then?

A: Because Chadlee Anvil Bryant has a history of stalking people online,
stealing their identities and trying to do some really nasty shit
(pardon the language) to them through the Internet--and sometimes off
the Internet as well. On different occasions, Chadlee "The Chad" "Chad
Bryant" Anvil Bryant has, in no particular order:

Attempted to get someone kicked out of college
Attempted to have someone fired from his job
Bragged about getting his neighbors evicted and / or arrested
Bragged about getting someone fired from his job
Made racist posts underneath the names of others through anonymous or
semi-anonymous means
Created lies about others in an attempt to libel them and their families
Reported at least one (and possibly two) persons to the United States
Secret Service as threats to the President (yes, this really happened)
Made harassing phone calls to a person's place of work
Made harassing phone calls to a person's residence
Harassing a college student and his father
Spam-bombed at least one person's e-mail account
Spam-bombed a University account, resulting in a campus-wide temporary
shut down
House sat for a high school teacher, then posted a blog bragging about
rifling through her underwear drawer, inviting over a friend to have sex
in her bedroom and using her credit card for unauthorized charges
Stated on 9/11 that America was "reaping what it sowed" after 225 years
Insulted President Gerald Ford mere moments after the announcement of death >> Fathered a child out of wedlock and refused to pay alimony when
confronted by the mother
A few of those aren't exactly "through the Internet" but we can assure
you, our lovely reader, that they are all true. This man is a scumbag
and seems to have no problem harassing or stalking individuals online or
even offline (although due to his cowardice and attempts to hide
anonymously, he doesn't take his negative behavior offline much).

On June 25 Chadlee Anvil Bryant, 33, Madison, was arrested and charged
with obstructing police after an officer responded to a complaint
regarding Bryant allegedly touching a child. According to reports, a
woman reported that Bryant had tried to wrestle her 8 year old son
earlier. The officer located Bryant in the parking lot of a West
Washington Street liquor store panhandling. En-route to the store the
officer learned that Bryant was wanted on a child support warrant from
Utah.
Reports state that while the officer was speaking with Bryant
regarding the alleged assault Bryant denied the assault and was not
very cooperative.
However, reports state, when the officer informed Bryant that he
had an outstanding child support warrant, Bryant and the officer began
to struggle as the officer attempted to restrain and arrest Bryant.
Reports state that during the struggle the officer attempted to
use pepper spray against Bryant but Bryant struck the officer’s hand
with a spinkick and caused some of the spray to hit the officer. The
officer reported temporary blindness in one eye. Bryant tried to run
toward a Wendys and then was observed walking down the road toward
Burney Street.
Several officers responded to aid the Madison Police officer and,
reports state, when Bryant observed the officers approaching him on
the tracks from Burney Street he turned around and was detained and
arrested by the original officer.
Reports state that Bryant continued to struggle and scream after
he was handcuffed.
