It seems that a hero who devotes his life selflessly to helping
other people improve their world can catch a break sometimes,
after all.
JH's landlord has allowed him to remain on the premises
until Monday. John attempted to rent a Uhaul van, but could
not because he does not have a bank account. He also tried
to rent a box truck, but no compact sizes were available. He
also checked Enterprise and nothing was available to rent.
Craigslist has been suggested to him by multiple followers,
but JH requires a Uhaul rental for his purposes.
After receiving the landlord's extension, John successfully
reserved a truck for Monday. It was a close call, because had
the landlord not agreed to let John stay, he would have had to
walk out and leave all of his possessions behind.
Tonight, JH will book a hotel room for next week, renew his
autoposter subscription, and likely stream. Tune in, donate
if you can, spread the word if you can't.

decades. Or that single-mom stripper or the heroin-addict lesbian he tried to manipulate into relationships. Or the underage girls he bragged about leering at naked before losing his Lyft / Wype credentials. Or his multiple victims of domestic violence. Or Chad, who gave up half his tiny Salt Lake City unit and skip bin on numerous occasions. Or the countless landlords who’ve been left high and dry. Or his unfortunate daughter who’s been forced to fend for herself and fight addiction single-handedly since a
young age.
Is it any wonder that the likes of Freezer, Jason Todd and Alex Cain have steadfastly refused to pour more money into the bottomless DeJong pit of ingratitude?

Being once reproached for giving alms to a bad man, Aristotle rejoined,
"It was the man and not his character that I pitied."

Whilst no one could argue that John DeJong is truly deserving of our pity, Aristotle would be well advised to teach the leaching bastard to fish.
Our collective compassion has rendered John impotent for far too long.
