    In red ball cricket Starc does not have a bowling average in the 20s
    against any country.

    All except SL & WI are in the > 30. The two exceptions being < 20.

    Against his most frequent opposition, India, his red ball average is 39.73. Superstar my arse.

    i know my english aint great but havnt you just disproved your original statement? Surely he does average mid 20s against NZ and probably
    engalnd too unless your only talking about tests abroad or jupiter.

    and why does everyone go on about the colour of the ball? if its international cricket, its tests or odi.

    i had completly forgotten about the existence of those horrid things. its like playing tennis in the middle of the nite. Plus england always lose them
    by huge margins.

    In theory our pace bowlers should be equally helped by the conditions,
    though IIRC it didn't work out like that last time.
