Hail, the Villanova Wildcats!

I'm not a `Nova grad, but my Dad was, playing for the `Cats
in the first NCAA tourney in 1939. So, since my school (Marquette)
didn't earn a bid, they were my sentimental favorites.
Tremendous game, with Villanova barely beating the Tar Heel
"students," but it's a W.
A smaller (10k enrolled), private school, not dominated by football,
upholds the honor of the reconstituted Big East. I'd have to love it,
even without the family connection.
