Which championships teams won without a Hall of Fame player or manager? (For recent teams, likely or possible Hall of Famers apply.)

I'll go one by one to find the most recent ones:

2011 Cardinals = Pujols, Larussa, Berkman (possible)
    2010 Giants = Lincecum a possible.
2009 Yankees = Jeter, Rivera, Rodriguez, Tiexiera (possible), Sabithia (possible), Damon (possible), Matsui (possible, if Japan career considered)
    2008 Phillies = NONE
2007 Red Sox = Ramirez, Schilling, Ortiz (possible)
2006 Cardinals = Larussa, Pujols, Rolen, Edmonds
2005 White Sox = Frank Thomas, Kornerko (possible)
2004 Red Sox = Ramirez, Schilling, Ortiz, Damon
2003 Marlins = Miguel Cabrera, Pudge Rodriguez
    2002 Angels = NONE
2001 Diamondbacks = Randy Johnson, Curt Schilling
    1998 - 2000 Yankees = Jeter, Clemens, Rivera, etc
    1997 Marlins = Sheffield, Leyland
    1996 Yankees = Jeter, Rivera
1995 Braves = Chipper, Maddux, Glavine, Smoltz, McGriff (possible)
1993 Blue Jays = Alomar, Henderson, Delgado (possible), Morris (possible)
1992 Blue Jays = Alomar, Winfield, Morris (possible), Kent (possible)
1991 Twins = Puckett, Morris (possible)
    1990 Reds = Larkin

    1989 A's = Larussa, Henderson, Eckersley, McGwire
1988 Dodgers = Tommy Lasorda, Don Sutton
1987 Twins = Blyleven, Puckett, Carlton
    1986 Mets = Gary Carter
    1985 Royals = George Brett

So since 1985, 2 out of 26 teams won with a Hall of Famer. Winning without a Hall of Famer player on your team is not so easy.

Are there any more from the earlier days?

Trammell has been ripped and should have been elected last year.

Funny you stop at 1985, as the '84 Tigers had one of the most dominant seasons, and they had none (though Trammell and Whitaker
    arguably belong, maybe Morris).
