From Irving S@21:1/5 to All on Tue Aug 23 04:07:43 2022
I went to regrip my driver yesterday, while I was waiting I was checking out all the clubs on display. One thing I noticed. There were barely any regular or senior flexes on the shafts. I would guestimate 85% were stiff.

I took a few of these clubs to the hittng bay, and I am telling you that some of these shafts felt whippier than my regular flexed driver. Which led me to believe that flex might be a bunch of bull. Seems guys are ashamed or embarassed to have a
regular flex, a stiff flex means they are macho, they are a man. And the club companies know that, do they take a senior or regular flex, and just put a stiff on it? . Maybe it is just me, this is certainly no scientific study at all, but I remember a
time when stiff was really stiff. My swing speed has always been in the 90s, there is no way I could load these stiff shafts, I mean some of them were boards. Is flex now just more marketing hype? I really can't say, like i said this is just
anectdotal, I swing maybe 5 or 6 clubs, but I am telling you that some of these clubs marked "stiff" felt really lose and whippy.

Regardless, the best thing to do when buying a club is get fitted as I did and not worry what flex is stamped on the club. If the club works, and you generate the right numbers on the screen, who cares what the flex is. It is about performance and
having fun, not the flex or alleged flex of a club. If i could hit 20 yards longer and more accurate with a ladies flex, give me that ladies flex.

Most Vancouver condos are worth problably twice or three times what my home is worth. So??????????? What is the point clownie?

I have property, privacy, and about 2500 square feet. A wooden yard, deer, fox, and a variety of critters frequent visitors. A security gate keeping the garbage out. You got no business, you don't get in. No one living above me, below me, or besides
me. I can walk for blocks and blocks, and see nothing but trees and nice homes, not homeless, not drug addicts, and similar dregs of society. Crime is present, but rare. You probably enjoy the same. Big deal that condos or studios in big cities are "
worth" more. You seem to have some obsession with money and wealth, I am obsessed with quality of life.

Ask anyone if they would rather have a $450,OOO home in a Texas suburb, or a $1,000,000 apartment (Oh i am sorry....Condo) in a shithole city like Vancouver, Seattle, Chicago, or NYC. Where would any normal person want to raise a family Even many
rich people who have condos in the city have homes elsewhere, they need to get the fuck out.

Regardless, the best thing to do when buying a club is get fitted as

    Wow.
The utterly stunning revelation that what something is *called* is less
important than how it actually *works* for you.

Whatever would we do without your deep insights?

    Irving,

This video tells you more than you probably want to hear about shaft stiffness:

    The blind informing the blind...

Well if we are blind, so be it.
    Pretty much.
But, we are both married with kids, we both graduated college, we both have homes with property, not some apartment (Oh i forgot.....CONDO!).
Yet the market says that that Condo's value is more than your abode...right?

And neither of us have been so hard up for attention that TWICE we counted money on youtube, talk about a tool!
Given how much you obsess about other peoples' money, it was invariably done just to make a point.
Much like the below, which I'd promised awhile back, to similarly make a point:

    <http://huntzinger.com/photo/2019b/2022-pile.jpg>

Sorry its not a video...but I can honestly say that it was "withdrawn" from the bank, although it was from
where its been stored in our Safety Deposit box, so does that count? In the meantime, the bottom 9/10ths
(in the bags) are heading back to the bank today, to be put back in the SDB.

Dude, normal people don't have to brag or show off their cash.
Funny how you’ve never criticized Mr “Multi-Millionaire” to get him to STFU…

    -hh

    Silly boy!

    Who is Mr. Multi-millionaire?

Bottom line clownie. I have no desire to count money on Youtube. I have no desire to brag about my wealth. I have what I have, no reason to make it a public thing.

Anyone that needs to demonstrate that they have money seems rather insecure to me.
