    I've had to study some of these in order to pass my HSR qualification exams,
    as this is part of the background for the Federal regulations which exist today which prohibit unethical research.

    ...and the only one of these which wasn't 50+ years ago was the 30 year old
    CDC Measles Vaccine Experiment, which violated the rules:
