    I don't mind at all.

I know that even in a warming climate, there will be occasional new
    records set for cold.

I know that even in a warming climate, there will be occasional new
    records set for cold.

Particularly since what's already known through M&S is that weather
patterns will change and certain regions will get colder as the Earth
gets hotter, as well as wetter-vs-dryer (changes in precipitation patterns).

Case in point, weakening or collapse of the Gulf Stream will freeze out UK, but the warming that they used to get from that won't disappear, because of basic laws of thermodynamics. As such, other places will get that warmth added to their warming. Net result is higher world average despite this region dropping.

I guess a demented old fart with an extremely poor proficiency for
science may infer as much. The sort of person who circles two data
points among millions and claims they define a trend.

What other people may see, when not ignoring 99% of the data, is more
    extremes.

Yet again, you confirm your limited capacity; you are clearly just a
demented old fart, Betty Boo Hoo.

Nope, just checked. Turns out its that I have a better understanding of statistics than you do.

BTW, your son who moved away from you to Florida ... if you're still in touch with them, have you asked him lately about how much his P&C rates have
    been going up?

BTW, the above special session reportedly failed.
