    HELLO:

    Strengths: Reproductive Rights, Inclusiveness

And “Low Crime Rate”. Ya didn’t include that one in your quote somehow. Gosh, it couldn’t be because crime was listed as a WA weakness, eh?

This is obviously written by a bunch of libtards. That's ok IF you know how they rate states. Washington is, hands down, one of the most beautiful states
in the Nation, perhaps right behind Alaska (which didn't even get a mention).

Because “outdoor beauty” wasn’t a rating factor.

You should look up the North Cascades Highway.

Its pretty similar to probably dozens of similarly scenic drives I’ve been on,
such as last week on the Wild Atlantic Way. FYI, one problem with many such scenic drives is that everyone *except* the driver gets the enjoyment.

The downside of WA is Seattle, which is a severely broke city. Libtards are following the San Francisco lead on how to destroy a once spectacular city.

BTW, WA DOES NOT have a state income tax!!!!!

Which has been covered before: even with that difference, there just isn’t a meaningful difference in cost of living … especially for “multi-millionaires”(!)
for it to merit being a differentiator.

Today’s fun fact: UA’s international business class lay-flat seats are roomy
enough to sleep while laying on one’s side…and while the footwell space on the 777 version for one’s personal carry-on item a tad tight (low max height),
it still is nevertheless adequate for a 750ml of 12yr “Yellow Spot”, which can
be found for only €60 in duty-free, vs US retail of ~$120.

Hey Lyin' Asshole, you keep on demonstrating EXACTLY how stupid you are. Do you have ANY idea how difficult it is to travel in Seattle? Obviously not. It can take HOURS to travel to SEATAC, park and get to the terminal - under the BEST of circumstances.
AND you have to be there TWO HOURS OR MORE before flight time. I can drive to our airport in FIFTEEN MINUTES, get thru security in FIVE MINUTES, and fly to SEATAC in ONE HOUR. ADD IT UP you IDIOT.

Because if Tommy actually had a clue, he’d know I’m right.
You just PROVED how BAD it is for ANYONE who is forced to live in NJ!
    Oh really? How?
Because it’s “bad” that no one in NJ pays a 8.7% Sales Tax like Richland WA does?

WTF is the NJ INCOME TAX you FUCKING IDIOT?????????????????

For what income level? If I’m as destitute as you’re constantly claiming, the NJ
income tax rate is less than the 2.1% difference in respective sales taxes. Plus
for NJ retirees, for household income < $100K, the NJ Income Tax rate is 0.00%.

    HELLO:

    Strengths: Reproductive Rights, Inclusiveness

And “Low Crime Rate”. Ya didn’t include that one in your quote somehow.
Gosh, it couldn’t be because crime was listed as a WA weakness, eh?

Silence from Tommy. Cat must have stolen his tongue!
    “Meow!”
This is obviously written by a bunch of libtards. That's ok IF you know how
they rate states.

FYI, one problem with many such
scenic drives is that everyone *except* the driver gets the enjoyment.

The downside of WA is Seattle, which is a severely broke city. Libtards are
following the San Francisco lead on how to destroy a once spectacular city.

BTW, WA DOES NOT have a state income tax!!!!!

Which has been covered before: even with that difference, there just isn’t a
meaningful difference in cost of living … especially for “multi-millionaires”(!)
for it to merit being a differentiator.

When you have libtards rating states you get NONSENSE.

Was from the labor market data firm Lightcast. Got evidence that they’re libtardy?

Of course, you libtards THRIVE on nonsense, so it sounds great.

Except that it’s not been the first such survey report that’s been nowhere
as negative as you’ve always tried to be.
    “Bad Kitty!”
BTW, you can have NJ and their SKY HIGH taxes so all that you can afford to live in is a cracker box house.

A “cracker box” that the free market shows as being worth more than your’s.
It would therefore have had been a quite savvy investment, eh?

    “Meow!” /s

You ought to sell your crackerbox home and move to Richland, WA where you could buy a MANSION with very affordable taxes.
Since cost for size is your only metric, you’d better pack up and move, because
one won’t find a 3,516sqft on a 0.44acre lot for just $34,500 in Richland, WA,
but one can find it when looking further afield:

    <https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/251-Cyclone-St_Osnabrock_ND_58269_M99314-68242?from=srp-list-card>

Cue Tommy trying to come up with an excuse for his own hypocrisy, in 3, 2, 1…
Don't, however, move to Seattle where you would live in even a SMALLER house
    than what you presently have.

So what? Considering just how much better Seattle’s commercial air services are
versus Richland, amongst other factors, it is logically straightforward that the Market
will deem paying more for a given product that’s in a much more desirable location.

    “Location, location, location!”.

BTW, I have data to prove this but don't ask for it because it would be a TOTAL waste of my time.

Given how badly you’ve been failing on sci/tech that you’ve tried to claim that you’ve
had formal training in, whatever you think you have is likely to be just as incorrect &
invalid on this topic too. You’ve already made this obvious by failing to acknowledge
any potential for value for location-based market factors.

Hey Lyin' Asshole, you keep on demonstrating EXACTLY how stupid you are. Do you
have ANY idea how difficult it is to travel in Seattle? Obviously not. It can take HOURS
to travel to SEATAC, park and get to the terminal - under the BEST of circumstances.

And yet, it takes even longer if one has to get there from Richland, WA.

AND you have to be there TWO HOURS OR MORE before flight time.
I can drive to our airport in FIFTEEN MINUTES, get thru security in FIVE MINUTES,
and fly to SEATAC in ONE HOUR. ADD IT UP you IDIOT.

No, you still have to be checked in & at the gate to board well before the official
flight departure time, plus even earlier if you’re checking bags, which you’ve ignored.
Otherwise, you lose your seat & reservation to a traveler on standby. IIRC, this currently
kicks in at 10-15 minutes before departure time (the days of walking on & them closing
the door behind you are long gone).

Likewise, you need to have a time buffer between connecting flights in SEA, not only
to walk between gates, but for your luggage to make it over too. Plus there’s also a
second passenger board time you’re hit with…and risk of losing your seat if late.

Finally, there’s the need the safety factor needed for risk reduction from flight delays.
Of course, as infrequent as Richland’s air service is, that’s another factor which adds
up even more time required which you’re avoiding acknowledging too.

Overall, it sounds like you lack contemporary experience with what it means to have
a superior level of infrastructure services.
