Another Finn, Harri Heliövaara, also got a pretty
tough draw in men's doubles. He plays with
John Peers. If Heliövaara/Peers makes it to
the second round, it is likely that they will
face Koolhof/Mektic.

If they make to the third round, then their
likely opponent is Bopanna/Ebden. B/E is
in good form, they just lost an ATP250 final
to Ram/Salisbury 11-9 in the third set.

Honestly I do not think Heliövaara/Peers
can beat Bopanna/Ebden now, but who knows,
there is always a slim chance.

Peers had leg problems so his preparation
for the Aussie Open suffered from that. Harri
had to play one tournament with a relatively
unknown Aussie player, but they did pretty
well. They played a close match against
Dodid/Krajicek, the world #1 pair.
