Sweden just had the COLDEST January night of the century
A frosty -43,6C was recorded, the coldest since 1999

Let’s take a look at what the media was saying about climate change in 2006…

"Snow is on it's way to be gone forever...In twenty years, large parts of Sweden will have forgotten how to ski" - That is what was said in a news article written in Swedish mainstream media in 2006.

How did that prediction turn out?

Very, very wrong. In fact, Sweden just had the COLDEST January night of the century. We have to go all the way back to 1999 to find a colder night.

It was a chilly -43,6C in the city of Kvikkjokk-Årrenjarka last night. In fact, this is the coldest temperature EVER RECORDED at that weather station since records began in 1888!

    But that is not all!
Turns out that for the 3rd year in a row, December has been colder than normal in Sweden.

And now it's being predicted that there will be -25C in Oslo, Norway in a few days. If that turns out to be correct, it will be the coldest day there since 1979.

It's been so cold in Oslo lately that the new electric busses have been struggling, with busses being cancelled.

"It is the cold that does so that the range on the electric busses isn't as good as it is usually. The busses run out of electricity quicker" - said communication director at Ruter, Cathrine Myhren-Haugen.

What is going on, is this the global warming that I was promised?

At least Sweden has enough energy, unlike in Finland. Our green hippies
    really did the works...

ICE cars also get far worse mpg in really cold weather. Oil becomes very viscous and friction is greater for all moving parts.

True, but Internal Combustion Engine (e.g. gasoline fed) cars warm up
very quickly. So the "far worse mpg" is only for a few miles, at most.

I have always have started my car, scrapped off the windows, and then
drove like a 'grandma' for about 4 miles. After that my car is getting
nice and warm and I am also no longer worry about driving slow.

I wouldn't say just the smartest. Other attributes are important. What we see with obesity today is because certain populations have genes that protect fat/blubber in humans. Those obviously helped certain human populations survive famines. Humans with
very high metabolisms that cannot keep fat on them would have suffered and probably not survived a low-food environment. So, in conclusion, who we are today was shaped by our environment over many milennia.

I can buy all that. Thank you.

IQ is a questionable measure of intelligence. Not saying that there's certain genetic variation among human populations but 30 points sounds like wishful thinking on your behalf. To have that much genetic variation your dna would have to have something
so special where there would be measurable physical differences between the brains of finns and subsaharan africans.

The difference is basically between caucasian vs black race. 100 vs 70.
Yes, 30 points is A LOT!

Here's the world IQ map: https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/average-iq-by-country

Doesn't look good for black Africa. Part of it is probably education & nutrition but the difference seems to hover around that...

    Here's a culture-free study:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minnesota_Transracial_Adoption_Study#Results

...This seems to somewhat confirm the hypothesis about 30 point
difference since Black Americans have some white in them.

Perhaps even more culture free would be reaction time tests etc which
correlate with IQ. Reaction tests have observed the same racial phenomenon. https://www1.udel.edu/educ/gottfredson/30years/Rushton-Jensen30years.pdf

Ok, now go ahead and do your research for the hottest year ever recorded. Let me help you out - it was 2023, before that it was 2022, then before that it was 2021, and then before that 2020... You get the idea. Always amuses me that the ppl who talk
loudest about global warming know the least about it...

Why do you think they don't know this. Everybody does...

As a matter of fact I find the tendency with globally hottest year
highly suspicious... new record being broken pretty much every year. One
    would expect higher variance.

That raises the question, how is it measured. Where is it measured, do measuring points change, does equipment change, does measuring time
    change, altitude etc.
Pretty obvious that the measuring points have not been the same for past
    100 years plus.

This further raises the question whether this temperature data is
massaged by activist operators. I certainly wouldn't find it at all
    surprising.

    It's an absolute hoax.

Every argument they use for the climate hoax is either false or they're stating "problems" which aren't problems at all. They just brainwash people into thinking something is a problem.

For example. They brainwashed people into thinking that the planet's temperature is supposed to a fixed one.

    Now that's a good one.

Tiny rock traveling around the Sun, huge star and together they travel our galaxy and so on, and the tiny rock has a thin layer of gas atmosphere and its temperature is supposed to remain a constant?

    lol

your research for the hottest year ever recorded. Let me help you out - it was 2023, before that it was 2022, then before that it was 2021, and then before that 2020... You get the idea. Always amuses me that the ppl who talk loudest about global
warming know the least about it...Why do you think they don't know this. Everybody does...As a matter of fact I find the tendency with globally hottest year highly suspicious... new record being broken pretty much every year. One would expect higher
variance. That raises the question, how is it measured. Where is it measured, do measuring points change, does equipment change, does measuring time change, altitude etc.Pretty obvious that the measuring points have not been the same for past 100 years
plus. This further raises the question whether this temperature data is massaged by activist operators. I certainly wouldn't find it at all surprising.> > > > It's an absolute hoax.> Well yes...For example coldest temperature ever measured in Finland is -
51.5°C... at Kittilä, Pokka, as recent as 1999. But the measuring point there has been moved to a warmer spot in 2008.So it's pretty questionable to talk about all-time global averages when measuring points are being moved.

Bottom line, Earth has experienced both warmer and colder periods than they're now, and even if you totally embrace the supposed warming threat and blame humankind entirely, the increase is negligible compared to periods in the past.

Meanwhile, hoaxsters don't mention, or deliberately evade mentioning and talking about the pollution and destruction of natural habitat or entire hills and mountains being razed to the ground in pursuit of lithium for batteries?

They also don't mention plastics that pollutes the environment and kills all lifeforms including human, it doesn't seem to concern them, rather they're worried about CO2, a natural gas, that's part of natural cycle.

    Fuck the hoaxsters.

Additionally all environmental issues that are man related are highlighted but who has most men? China, India, Asia and Africa.

So if all humankind were to have same environmental standards, those regions would still bear most of responsibility for anything that's happening as they have most people.
