He definitely needs that slam winning coach asap, although of course Court1 knows best when she said Sinner is nothing special and hasn't got any good/interesting aspects to his game, cos today he only just beat Djoker twice in one day(singles anddoubles) and is only person in history to beat Djoker from 3 matchpoints against him! LOL
Have to say wanted Djoker to win cos he rightly told all the woke British fans who booed him to shutup, but very amazingly done to Sinner, especially as this means Italy can go through to next round(again this wasn't really a final cos they got to playsome other country next).

He should never be against free speech.
Federer told Novak's parent to shut up, losses three big slam matches to Novak with 40-15 match points.
Djokovic now tells British fans to shut up, loses immediately with 40-0 match points.
It's ok to insult someone if they were rude, or show them your ear, but silencing anyone and being against free speech is a no-no.
You will be humiliated through wasted match points.

Djoker was serving for the match at 40-0, lost it! 3 match points?

points.I tried to dig a counter-example but found none. FYi: Fed has incredible record both ways: matches won after facing match points and matches lost after having match points (smt like 22-23?).mikkoinsult someone if they were rude, or show them your ear, but silencing anyone and being against free speech is a no-no. > > > You will be humiliated through wasted match points. I'd say losing control of the match is a much bigger minus for someone's record.
E.g. it happened to Djokovic in 2010 FO quarters vs Melzer.
6:3 6:2 2:6 6(3):7 4:6
He claims it's one of his worst defeats.
Or that 2020 Olympics in 2021 in SF vs Zverev? Wins first set, has a break in second and then loses.
That's bad stuff.
Otoh losing a game, even if you're 40-0 up on your serve is something that's not uncommon. I mean serves get broken that way too.
It looks bad and leaves a bitter taste if it's game when you serve for the match but overall it's just a broken serve.
I'd say it's definitely lack of mind clarity. At 40-0 you basically have 5 first serves to finish off the match, and then a second serve.
It's a mistake not to approach the point that way.
Maybe Djokovic was under too much stress due to blood samples controversy? >>
Novak didn't serve for the match. He had Sinner down 0-40. That 1st mp I thought Novak would win as he was really hammering the ball in a long power rally, somehow Sinner won the point and was fist pumping like he was gonna win the match - thatattitude is good to see from him. After that it was mostly Sinner's huge serving that won that game, massive ace to win it. Novak led 30-15 next game but Sinner broke him after a poor net approach and Sinner hammered the pass.
It was the 4th time Novak lost a match after having mp's. That's pretty good given how many matches he's played over 20 years. I think Federer lost about 24 matches after having mp? Connors reckons he's never lost a match, but I think there wasat least 1.
