• Sinner has come of age

We knew it was coming just not sure when - he's arrived now. Was 0-6
h2h v Medvedev about a month ago now beat him 3 times in a row.

Indeed. Sinner is through to the final without losing
a match. Whatever the outcome in Alcaraz vs Djoker
semifinal, the final will probably be great!

Sinner vs Djoker rematch would be awesome, but
Sinner vs Alcaraz would be a battle between the
    youngsters.

Yes, well played by the Italian German? Alcaraz and him to win the next dozen GSlams after. Novak retires to his harem?

    More of a German Italian.

Sinner hasn't arrived anywhere! He beat Djokovic in the round robin portion of the tournament. He needs to win the tournament and then duplicate his winning ways vs Djokovic at the slams. Then, he will arrive.

Most of the matches in his H2H against Meds are in third rate events.
They haven't yet played well enough at the same time to prove much of
    anything in the slams.

But I like what I see here. Hope Sinner can keep it up.

Who do you think will win? The ball basher or the master?
    53% Novak

Something like that. Djok hasn't played all that great all the time in
Turin, but he ran a tight ship against Alcatraz.

After that performance you can't back anyone but Novak. He's seen it
all and has more experience than anyone ever : )

    What performance?
Do you mean Alcaraz that has been struggling to win matches since
    Wimbledon?
Or Sinner the ball basher that won the lottery that day in the
round robin and managed to beat Novak? Until we Sinner being able
to sustain this kind of results for 3-4 months I wouldn't count
    him in.
Alcaraz is a very good kid, but he is too green, let's give him
    2-3 years.

Again, we have had two tours, one that had the top 3 or 4, and
another that had all other players.
The first tour shrunk to the top two, then to the top one, vs the
    other tour.

yes Djoker seems to have worked out how to beat Alcaraz so it's a case that Alcaraz has to play at 100% now to beat Djoker, it much like the Nadal situation. Alcaraz though is young enough to change/learn bit of his game to turn that around.
