    Yep.

I watched part of it. It seemed to be to be either one of two things, or perhaps a combination.

    1) At the same time that tour players are getting used to his game, he
is losing both confidence and focus. I remembered that first year that
Agassi was on the tour and he was a happy, joyous kid.--hit hit out on everything, and all of it went in, it seemed like. Then after a couple
of years all the joy was apparently gone. I don't think it's quite as
bad as with Agassi, but maybe Alcaraz is into that same post-kid phase.

2). Bad haircut. It's as if he got Lendl's barber to come out of retirement.

You won two slams and you are just a 20 years old young man, you
don't know why you are there playing these small tournaments
    against these unknown guys.
You want more excitement, maybe playing against the best like
Novak, or playing a slam will get you motivated again
    :)

He said he has plantar fasciitis - that's bad news.

This was a week ago and he played today.
Plantar fasciitis doesn't heal in a week, I have been having it
since May although I admit I haven't stopped playing and going to
the gym and it can be awfully bad and cause issue in the back and
    hip.

doctors tell everyone they've got plantar fascitis for any foot complaint at all these days, he prob just had a sore toe or something. It takes months if it's genuine.

amazonaws.com/usenet/index.htmlHe is 20, you're probably much older, right?

Real plantar fasciitis doesn't heal in a week for any age and to
the extent that allows to play tennis again at his level without
    triggering the injury again.

I had it twice, the first time was at his age and it did take a
couple of months of full rest to recover.
