Alcaraz doesn't hold the racquet with a relaxed wrist, and his swings don't involve any initial twists in his wrist.
He has bulky hand and wrist, and he holds the racquet with major force involving the major arm muscles.
This may seem fine but it's extremely exhausting for the arm and the hand to keep generating pace with muscles instead of the dynamics of loose swings.
I see possible wrist injuries, arm fatigue and cramping.

It's a tough swing then he meets the ball with racquet face driven by forces generated by the arm and strong grip.
Listen, I really hope I am wrong because if I am right this may impact his career.
There is something that doesn't feel comfortable for me in his forehand swing.
If he is playing with the same swing as Federer then there must be something different in his grip than Federer's that constrained his swing and creates the issue I observe. I will take a deeper look.
This is a free flowing swing btw:

Clearly you aren't listening. The issue isn't about the swing or the quality of the shot, it's about the stress that goes on the wrist as it adjusts and exerts force during the impact.
