    no there's a big difference between a regular "choker"(that's someone who regularly chokes matches like Jabeur) and someone under pressure cos they're vying for the highest possible accolade in tennis.

    This deal with Jabeur choking. It's interesting.

    For quite a while Agassi was like that, as I recall.  Then he won
    Wimbledon against Ivanesevic, and to this day I can recall saying to my
    wife that the finals were a remarkable, noteworthy chokefest. They both
    were choking simultaneously.

    Maybe she'll get over it, like Agassi.

    He came closer than any other player since Laver(for the men) in getting that CYGS. Obviously, it's a pressure even the greatest players have trouble with. It's bigger than anything else you can achieve in tennis. So there'll be one big thing Djokovic

    Yes, but getting within 1 match is a thing too. History looks for the
    calendar slam winners and also those who came close. Novak joins Hoad
    and Crawford in the 'next best' group.
