Yep. Stan was 100% right about Rune acting like a baby. He struts around the court as if he's won 10 slams already. I'll bet he's not cupping his ear to the crowd now. :)

Except, as we know, that's not how matchups work. Sinner gives Alcaraz fits but Djokovic crushes him. Rune posed little threat to Alcaraz at Wimbledon, and his sole "win" over him was by retirement. As I said before, Tommy Paul or Hurkacz types are more
likely to derail Alkie before he can reach Djoke.

It doesn't prove he's injured. Look at FAA, a year ago he was in the thick of things and now he loses to anyone and everyone. There seems no physical explanation for it. Rune does have a big game. Whether it turns out to match his ego on the big stage

He said her star would shine just as brightly wherever she went even 20 years hence because her win was so historic. Now two years have passed, and it's already "Emma who?" It might have been different in an earlier era. Legends aren't built so easily

Felix never had the goods to be a big champ imo. He's a smart guy

Let the kid win something important before you bestow greatness on him. In the meantime, he's an overbearing imbecile. He hasn't done a thing at the slams and was offended because the USO officials placed him on a faraway court. Who wants to watch
    players like that?

How's Raducanu by the way? You bestowed greatness on her as well when others on RST tried to tell you she had a fortunate USO draw and that's why she won that USO. It happens.

Never bestowed greatness on her, I said she had a great achievement.
That was enough for me to enjoy. Others need her to win more slams to validate the win. Not me.

You've changed your tune a bit I see! Weren't you saying she was going to be a force to be reckoned with a couple of years ago?

But even that doesn't stop her grin.

She should be smiling. She got lucky with her USO draw, won a slam and changed her life forever in that one instant. She had lots of cash rolling in with luxury endorsements.

She'd better hold onto what she's made because those endorsements will be flaking off soon enough unless she can resurrect herself.

No big loss for the tournament. The USO put him on a court on Mars even though he's number 4 or 5 in the world rankings. It shows what they think about him.

Good riddance to the nauseating kid and his mother who looks like a 5 cent hooker.

I have no idea how he could have one fan.

Yep. Stan was 100% right about Rune acting like a baby. He struts around the court as if he's won 10 slams already. I'll bet he's not cupping his ear to the crowd now. :)

To think that "Whisp" believed this guy had a real shot at taking out Alcaraz. What an analyst!
I hear he's been injured lately, this kind of loss kind of proves that.

At his best he's no.3 behind Carlos/Novak, big game and good for tennis.

He's not no. 3 behind Novak/Carlos. Medvedev is. At least on hard court he is.

LOL, he has quite a repertoire of "tunes"! Will he now deny he said that or claim it was the sensible position before "conditions on the ground" changed? In Raducanu's case, that would be her spate of psychosomatic "injuries" with possibly a real one
    mixed in.

I said at the time she could win a few more slams. It's still possible, but looking less likely. Top players started running her ragged once they learned her patterns, plus she's been changing coaches more often than clothes.
