    :))
The grass = a puncher's chance, unlike the clay... YET, ‘assuredness’ is very much a learned trait - or tends to be (exceptions like Boris B. do happen), yet, since a player has to 'come to know' how to navigate, on a grass court surface, that one
certain factor can mitigate against the puncher's chance (bombs away tennis) as a winning strategy ...

This time Djok will do it, I think - no one can touch him at Wim now that Fed is gone, and he is not going to choke like he did at USO in 2021. I expect him to do it this year, and then have a bit of a letdown 2024 (but win Olympic gold for the first
time) before resuming dominance again in 2025. Ultimately, I think he ends with 28 slams IMO - double that of Sampras before calling it a day in 2026...

This time Djok won't slip up - would have been better if it was an Olympic year and we witnessed the golden slam, but for this year, the CYGS will do...

Nadal is still there, no ?

Way too early to be so optimistic. If he can get to Wim F, then I think we can think of that possibility.

Also, though it appears because Djok is on a roll for now, slams are not easy to win. Any slam can be the last at this level. I think predictions for 26-28 slams is ridiculous.

Yes, Nadal can win one more FO to tie 24!

Would be great to see. I'm going to say 26 slams - calendar slam this
yr and 9th Wimbledon record next yr. Age has to be a factor at some
point, and indeed I'm pretty certain Alcaraz would have won that semi if
    not for cramps, imo.

Yes, but funnily enough I really think he'll have a great chance at the calendar slam this time. No Olympics distraction and he knows it's not
the end of the world if he loses. I also think he's hellbent on having
the sole Wimbledon record. So 26 is my prediction, any more is very
unlikely as he heads to age 38, 39 etc and Alcaraz will be peak.
