That's why Djoker is the indisputable GOAT in my opinion. Alcaraz in the form of his life, 16 years, and Djokovic went toe-to-toe with him for 2 sets, and broke him down physically.

    He isn't injured per ATP.

Cramps are defined as "lack of fitness", therefore you don't even get a medical timeout if you're cramping.

You can take 2 breaks fir cramping in match at most but you lose a point for every 20 seconds or so during that break.

    I guess it's 20 or 30 seconds.

He played a bad match tactically.

He chased down some balls that even Nadal would not get and won some surreal points I've never seen.

    But at what price?
    Broke his body?

I said he needs to go out and just try to hit winners, not start goofing around with drop shots, short volleys, chasing balls etc.

Nobody has beaten Djokovic in a major match playing Santoro's game.

It's just dull consistncy and power that can break djokovic.

I posted that in my thread.

Looks like Djok has broken two Spanish bodies. Before the cramps, I
thought is was Djok physically on his way out. A bit disappointing to
win like this. Credit to Alcatraz for not defaulting. The second set
    saved the day. Absolutely great.

Yes Djoker is incredibly brave, has zero fear of any player on any
surface and never makes excuses - very rare. I think he was in big
trouble if the cramps didn't happen as Carlos looked super fresh and
ready to rumble after sketchy start. That's tennis no excuses.

The kid will be fine, barely out of his teens. Remember Djoker
defaulted in many slams at the same age.
