Paige Gives Her Thoughts On WWE Retiring The Divas Championship

    Posted: 05 Jul 2019 06:21 AM PDT https://www.prowrestling.com/paige-gives-her-thoughts-on-wwe-retiring-the-divas-championship/

Paige recently spoke with Digital Spy about a variety of topics where she opened up on how she feels about WWE retiring the Divas Championship.

    On retiring the Divas Championship:

“It was the end of an era for me,” Paige says. “The dream was always to become Divas Champion and now there’s no possible way I could ever become Women’s Champion and that’s the sad part for me, because [I] can’t go into
    the next era.”

Watching Fighting For My Family repeatedly:

“I think I’ve seen it an unhealthy amount of times now,” Paige continues. “I even purchased it on iTunes. I just watch it like every other day, it’s crazy. It’s on aeroplanes, in your hotel it’s there on the menu, it’s everywhere. It would be rude not to watch it.”

    Possibly doing commentary:

“Its not something I would enjoy as much as managing,” Paige says. “I feel
like (managing) is more hands-on to me and I like that it feels like Im
being physical without actually being physical. I do enjoy doing the
managing stuff and I’ll do guest commentary from time to time, but I’d rather leave that to Renee (Young) cause she’s killing it at the minute.”

Lilian Garcia Explains Why Shes Fine With WWE Not Doing Another Evolution
    PPV

    Posted: 05 Jul 2019 06:00 AM PDT https://www.prowrestling.com/lilian-garcia-explains-why-shes-fine-with-wwe-not-doing-another-evolution-ppv/

Legendary WWE announcer, Lilian Garcia recently spoke with Daily DDT where
she explained her stance on WWE not doing another Evolution PPV.

Garcia was part of the all womens PPV last year, but it is currently
unknown whether or not it will be returning for a second time this year,
but Garcia is fine if that is the case.

I would love to see it come back, Garcia said. I think the women proved
that they can hold a pay-per-view on their own, but if not, I dont think
thats a bad thing either in the fact that the women are now present in
every single pay-per-view. Its almost not even needed if it doesnt come
back. Either way, I think its going to be okay.

I just think it was beautiful to do it and establish it that very first
year just to make a statement and from there the company has continued to…
I mean, think about it, the women main evented WrestleMania this year.
Thats the way you continue that. Theyve continued with the Money In The Bank matches, the ladder matches, Elimination Chamber, all those kind of matches that keep showing off the womens capabilities. I think its great,
and like I said, whether they have another one or not, I dont think thats a
    big deal.

    loves it.

    Dear Bray,

I’m pleased to hear your therapy has been successful. Frozen pizza pocket vulnerability is not easy to expose. You’re a better man for it and I’m proud of you.

And yes, you will love the new Jumanji this Christmas.

    Ps, you’re bat shit crazy.

    And. I. Love. It. https://t.co/hBDX17BGJn

According to a report by the Wrestling Observer, a WWE Hall Of Famer has
pulled out of an expected appearance at AEW ALL OUT.

A report by Figure Four Online stated that AEW had plans for Booker T at
ALL OUT, but what exactly they had planned is unknown.

However, according to Dave Meltzer, Booker T has pulled out of the event as
he doesnt want to be involved between WWE and AEW.

Here is what the report stated:

“Booker T, after agreeing to come, has pulled out of All Out. He evidently said when pulling out that he found out the WWE vs. AEW war was very real
and he didn’t want to be in the middle of it. I’ve been told to expect another major counter by WWE shortly.”

News On When WWE Learned Of Maria Kanellis Pregnancy

    Posted: 05 Jul 2019 04:26 AM PDT https://www.prowrestling.com/news-on-when-wwe-learned-of-maria-kanellis-pregnancy/

It was announced earlier this week that Maria Kanellis is expecting her
second child, and a report by WrestlingInc.com has given details on when
    WWE knew.

Both Maria and Mike Kanellis recently signed brand new five-year deals with
the company back in June, but the couple only learned they were pregnant
around a week and a half ago.

According to the report, WWE was well aware of the fact Mike and Maria
wanted another child when they were offered new deals, so the news wasnt a surprise to the company.

WWE is apparently trying to make their environment more modernized for
working mothers in the company, with a room for young children being
created at all four of the major PPVs and scheduled time off for family
    events expected.

Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson Reportedly Signing New Long-Term WWE Deals

    Posted: 04 Jul 2019 06:32 PM PDT https://www.prowrestling.com/luke-gallows-karl-anderson-reportedly-signing-new-long-term-wwe-deals/

It looks like The Club may be sticking around for the long haul.

The contractual future of Luke Gallows and Machine Gun Karl Anderson has
been a source of great speculation for quite some time, but according to
the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the Bullet Club originals have either agreed to sign, or have already signed new long-term contracts with WWE.

The two reunited with AJ Styles this past Monday night on Raw, after
teasing it over the past couple of weeks, leading to a major heel turn at
the expense of U.S. Champion Ricochet.

The Observer also noted that this is not a situation like with The Revival, who wanted out of their WWE contracts earlier this year, and the company
has been giving them more attention and even title wins in an attempt to
make them happy and get them locked down to new long-term deals.

The Club members have reportedly already committed to staying, and are
fulling invested in the new program with Styles. Its believed that their
new contracts expire at some point in 2024.

Hernandez Talks AEW: "They Got Some Big Shoes To Fill"

    Posted: 04 Jul 2019 02:54 PM PDT https://www.prowrestling.com/hernandez-talks-aew-they-got-some-big-shoes-to-fill/

Former-IMPACT Wrestling wrestler Hernandez recently spoke with the VOC
Nation Wrestling With History Show about AEWs chances against WWE in weekly ratings competition:

Transcription via Robert Gunier at Wrestling INC.

AEW got a great start by being on TNT, so well see what happens. I think
they have some big shoes to fill unless they get some crossover from the
    WWE performers.

Hernandez also talked about TNAs brief flirtation with weekly competition against WWE:

No disrespect to any regime that were talking about, but when youre trying
to compete with WWE on a Monday night, when youre only doing a 1.3 rating
on Thursday night, wheres that going to get you?

Hernandez is currently touring the independent scene, reunited with
Homicide. Hes also pursuing a career in television.
