Bruce Prichard Undergoes Emergency Dental Surgery, Provides Update On His Condition

    Posted: 23 Jun 2019 03:44 AM PDT https://www.prowrestling.com/bruce-prichard-undergoes-emergency-dental-surgery-provides-update-on-his-condition/

Former WWE personality, decorated Something to Wrestle host, and long-time creative mind Bruce Prichard apparently underwent emergency dental surgery
    on Friday.

In an update on his condition, Prichard took to Twitter and confirmed that
he had six teeth pulled, and that doctors actually had to drill into his sinuses during the procedure. Luckily the podcast titan seems to be doing
fine, and claims hell be good in a few days.

His status for todays WWE Stomping Grounds event remains unknown.

Thanks for the well wishes. Ended up with 6 teeth pulled and had to drill
into sinuses. In pain and on the mend . Should be good in a few days

Knockouts Title To Be Defended In 4-Way Monsters Ball At Slammiversary; 6 Matches Confirmed

    Posted: 23 Jun 2019 03:35 AM PDT https://www.prowrestling.com/knockouts-title-to-be-defended-in-monsters-ball-at-slammiversary-updated-match-card/

Impact Wrestling has officially announced the first ever Fatal 4-Way
Knockouts Championship match to be contested in the Monsters Ball. The stipulation is essentially a take on a Hardcore match, popularized by The Monster Abyss during his Hall of Fame tenure with the promotion.

This first-time-ever bout will see Taya Valkyrie forced to defend her title against Jessicka Havok, Rosemary and the Undead Bridge Su Yung at the same time, where anything goes and all sorts of hellish, sadistic weaponry is at their disposal.

The action goes down on Sunday, July 7th at the annual Slammiversary pay-per-view in Dallas, TX. Former world champion Rob Van Dam will also be
in action taking on Moose, which was confirmed earlier this week as well.

Brian Cage (c) vs. Michael Elgin

    KNOCKOUTS CHAMPIONSHIP MONSTERS BALL

Taya Valkyrie (c) vs. Rosemary vs. Havok vs. Su Yung

IMPACT WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

Mojo Rawley Reportedly Signs New Multi-Year Contract With WWE

    Posted: 23 Jun 2019 03:14 AM PDT https://www.prowrestling.com/mojo-rawley-reportedly-signs-new-multi-year-contract-with-wwe/

It looks like Mojo Rawley is gonna be staying hyped in the WWE for the foreseeable future, as the former Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
winner has signed a new multi-year contract with the company, according to
    Pro Wrestling Sheet.

Rawley has been trying out a new gimmick for the past few months where he
talks to himself in a mirror, somewhere backstage that somehow always
happens to have terrible lighting. Hes also rocking some bizarre blue face paint, meant to look like broken glass for some reason

While the former Hype Bro still isnt a regular on WWE television, this new contract may be a sign that the powers-that-be are getting ready to give
Mojo another shot. Recently, hes just been cutting short promos for the
live crowds during the commercial breaks of Raw every week, which the
company has been uploading to YouTube.

Impact Wrestling Gets Extreme - Killer Kross Waterboards An ECW Legend &
Eddie Edwards Bites His Face Off (Seriously)

    Posted: 23 Jun 2019 02:52 AM PDT https://www.prowrestling.com/impact-wrestling-gets-extreme-as-killer-kross-waterboards-an-ecw-legend-eddie-edwards-bits-his-face-off-seriously/

Impact Wrestling took a pretty big step forward this week in the race for
most adult-oriented wrestling promotion, with an episode that featured such segments as Killer Kross waterboarding ECW legend The Sandman, as well as
Eddie Edwards having a full-blown mental breakdown, attempting (and
possibly succeeding) to murder Kross in the aftermath.

The first of the two controversial (read: incredible) segments saw Kross literally torturing Sandman in a closet somewhere backstage. The video
aired as a distraction during Edwards match with a member of oVe.

Later in the show, Eddie was baited into a trap as he searched for the
remains of Sandman, but managed to get the upper hand on Kross before bludgeoning him with numerous shots from a kendo stick.

It was at this point that his wife, Alisha Edwards, attempting to make him
stop the violent assault. The clearly masochistic Kross, however, cheered
Eddie on and subsequently had his face BITTEN OFF we assume. All you can actually see is poor Alisha with a look of total shock on her face, as
Kross shrieks in pain somewhere off-screen.

You can check out the footage above and below.

5 Special Guest Referees For Baron Corbin at WWE Stomping Grounds

    Posted: 22 Jun 2019 12:45 PM PDT https://www.prowrestling.com/5-wwe-superstars-who-baron-corbin-should-choose-as-his-stomping-grounds-special-guest-referee/

    BOBBY LASHLEY or CESARO

    Or The Miz

    Or Braun Strowman

This past weeks Monday Night Raw saw a Fatal 5-Way match between these four men and Ricochet, who would go on to win the bout to earn a United States Championship match against Samoa Joe. But what about the rest of them? Currently none of the four are booked for Stomping Grounds, and its a damn shame.

Miz or Strowman seem unlikely at this point, given that theyre top fan-favorites and probably arent into the idea of doing Baron Corbin any favors. That being said, Lashley has basically had his head up the ass of
every pseudo-authority figure possible since returning to the company, so
hed be perfect for the role. Maybe Corbin promises him the first title shot
    if he helps him win

Cesaro is another interesting pick, as he had a stand-out performance in
that 5-Way match and literally tossed around the Monster Among Men like a
sack of potatoes on more than one occasion. It was nuts. I could see
multiple people getting involved in the Universal title match, ultimately costing someone the championship, but Lashley really does seem like the
most likely pick out of this group.
