All Elite Wrestling has announced the signing of both Luchasaurus and Sadie Gibbs.
Luchasaurus, 34, recently had an impressive showing in the AEW Double or Nothing Casino Battle Royale. He was trained by WWE developmental under the name Judas Devlin, and later worked in Lucha Underground under the name
Vibora, a member of the Reptile Tribe and a former LU Trios Champion.
Gibbs is a London-based wrestler who is relatively new but received rave reviews for her first run in STARDOM earlier this year. It was actually reported months ago that she would be making her way to AEW, but the
promotion has now made it official.

R-Truth became the first ever two-time WWE 24/7 Champion this Tuesday night
on Smackdown Live, with a little help from his new friend, the Big Dog
Roman Reigns!
For the fourth consecutive show in a row, Truth spent the evening trying to outrun dozens of Superstars in a desperate attempt to retain his new title, which the veteran star actually thinks is some sort of European Championship
It was Elias who actually pinned Truth during a wild and chaotic moment
earlier in the night, ending his history-making first ever reign at let me check my watch eight days.
However, in the Smackdown main event Truth teamed up with the Big Dog to
score a tag team victory over Elias and McIntyre. After the match, Reigns leveled the Drifter with another monstrous spear, allowing the WWEs most
crafty Superstar to cover him to become a two-time champion.

WWE Smackdown Live Results

IN RING SEGMENT
We start the show with Kevin Owens hitting the middle of the ring. He says
that he was going to kick off Smackdown Live with THE KEVIN OWENS SHOW but
he cant think of anything worse than being in the middle of the ring in Oklahoma and giving the Kevin Owens Show to people that are not worthy. He
says that the only thing that makes it bearable is that he gets to beat the hell out of WWE Champion Kofi Kingston.
He says that he has really developed a taste for beating down Big E last
week. He is a good person, and he would never do something like that. If
the New Day wants to blame him for something, they can blame him for
something that he is actually responsible for, which is the pain that
Xavier Woods has been in for several weeks now. Or the ending that Kofi
will have at the hands of Dolph Ziggler at Super Showdown, which will be a direct result of what he does to Kofi tonight. Because its all about Kevin Owens and he is the show!
ITS A NEW DAY YES IT IS! Kofi comes out and calls Kevin Owens a liar, and
he knows that he was the one that beat up Big E. He is also saying that he
is going to soften Kofi up for Super Showdown, which is another lie. But
what is going to happen is Kofi is going to make Owens pay for all the
things he has down. But most importantly, he is going to leave with a clear
cut understanding of why Kofi is YOUR WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!
KEVIN OWENS vs. KOFI KINGSTON
Owens charges at Kofi right away and Kofi is down on the mat. He stomps
away on the champion but Kofi fights up and starts to fight back. He grabs
the legs of Owens and starts to hit Owens with rights and lefts. Owens hits back with a massive right hand. Kofi rolls to the outside and tries to get
back in, but Owens hangs him up on the top rope. Kofi is laid out on the outside and Owens follows, delivering a senton to Kofi on the outside.
Back in the ring the two fight and Kofi sends Kevin Owens to the outside.
He winds up and dives up and over hard onto Kevin Owens. Kofi puts Owens
back in the ring and delivers the SOS, but Owens kicks out! Kofi goes up
top, but Owens recovers and pushes Kofi to the outside! Owens puts Kofi
back in the ring and locks in a deep sleeper. Kofi fights up, but Owens
sends him crashing to the outside. Owens gets on the apron and hits a CRAZY frog splash to Kofi on the outside! The referee starts to count and he
BARELY makes it back in. Owens goes for the cover and Kofi kicks out at 2!
Owens gets back to the top immediately, and he hits ANOTHER HUGE frog
splash to Kofi and goes for a cover, but once again, Kofi kicks out at
two!!! Owens is visibly frustrated and he climbs up one more time, but this time Kofi counters with an Enziguri, sending Owens crashing. Kofi puts
Owens in position for a superplex, but Owens fights him off! Owens then
hits a MASSIVE Swanton to Kofi and goes for the cover.12..KOFI KICKS OUT
AGAIN!
Owens is ridiculously frustrated now and he picks up Kofi, but Kofi hits
the Trouble In Paradise OUT OF NOWHERE! 1.2.3! Kofi wins!
Winner: Kofi Kingston
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
R-Truth is backstage with Carmella, and he tells her he has been chased at malls, at the dentist, and everywhere. They go running when they see Drake Maverick putting up flyers and they escape.

JR Calls Jon Moxleys Debut AEWs "Stone Cold Moment"
Posted: 28 May 2019 12:54 PM PDT
https://www.prowrestling.com/jr-calls-jon-moxleys-debut-aews-stone-cold-moment/
AEW Commentator Jim Ross recently spoke with Sports Illustrated. In the conversation, he talked about the impact of Jon Moxleys AEW debut, a moment that JR was less than prepared for.
I knew we were negotiating with Moxley. I asked what was happening with him about 10 days ago, and I was told it was going well, but when it came time
for the show, his name wasn’t anywhere on my format sheet. It left my mind because I had more I knew I had to prepare for.
JR said that the moment reminded him of some of the more historic moments that hed covered in WWE.
“The lucky part for me is it reminded me of Mick Foley getting thrown off the cell,” said Ross. “I didn’t know that was going to happen, and the same
thing happened on Saturday night in Vegas. I didn’t know Moxley was coming out there. He was so full of passion and raw, animal magnetism. I felt it
in my bone marrow, it was a ‘Stone Cold’ moment.”

Why Did WWE Change Last Nights Elimination Match?
Posted: 28 May 2019 12:28 PM PDT
https://www.prowrestling.com/why-did-wwe-change-last-nights-elimination-match/
According to PWInsider, WWE officials went back and forth on whether last nights Fatal Four Way match was going to be elimination rules or sudden
death. Despite being advertised throughout RAW as an elimination match throughout the show, the decision was made to protect the talent involved
and go with sudden death rules.
Baron Corbin won the match, pinning The Mix, while Lashley & Strowman
fought through the crowd. Corbin will face WWE Universal Champion Seth
Rollins at WWE Super ShowDown in Saudi Arabia.
