WWE Set To Stream Jam Packed SummerSlam Watch Along

WWE has announced that the SummerSlam watch along will be brimming with WWE cameos. Not only are a slew of NXT Superstars, it will also feature
former-WWE Intercontinental Champion Santino Marella. We watch along will
air at 7pm ET and run for the duration of SummerSlams main card.

WWE Watch Along to stream live during SummerSlam on Twitter, YouTube and Facebook

Four of NXTs top Superstars have been confirmed to join the latest edition
of WWE Watch Along, which is set to stream live during SummerSlam on
Twitter, YouTube and Facebook.

Cathy Kelley and Pat McAfee once again host the Superstar-studded hangout,
to be joined by a revolving door of Superstars and celebrities during the pay-per-view. Confirmed to be joining the party so far are NXT Champion
Adam Cole, NXT Womens Champion Shayna Baszler, Johnny Gargano and Matt Riddle. Also appearing will be former WWE Superstar Santino Marella, TikTok musician and influencer Nick Tangorra, and Jimmy Korderas, Caroline Szwed
and Nug of Rogers Sportsnet Aftermath.

Even that lineup might look a little different come Sunday: Cole defends
his title against Gargano in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match at NXT TakeOver: Toronto on Saturday, while Baszler is slated to put her championship on the line against Mia Yim.

ET/4 PT on the award-winning WWE Network, and fire up Watch Along on

WWE has uploaded two more free matches in anticipation of this Sundays
highly anticipated SummerSlam pay-per-view, taking place at Scotiabank
Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

In the first of two new uploads we head back to 2008 where the King of
Kings puts his WWE Championship on the line against the Great Khali. We
cant promise itll be the greatest technical match of all time, but hey, its
a Triple H match The other new upload comes one year later, as Dolph
Ziggler and Rey Mysterio battle over the Intercontinental Championship.

The B Block emerges from its penultimate night of the G1 Climax with a
major upset, as the Last Dragon Shingo Takagi scored potentially his
biggest victory in New Japan so far over the Stone Pitbull Tomohiro Ishii, effectively eliminating the heavyweight juggernaut from the field of competition.

Switchblade Jay White also eliminated Juice Robinson to mathematically eliminate him as well, as we head down to the wire. In addition, Tetsuya
Naito stayed alive in the block with a win over Ring of Honors Jeff Cobb,
while Hirooki Goto scored a major victory over previous block leader, IWGP
U.S. Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley, keeping himself alive, taking the mathematical top position, and making the B Blocks upcoming finale very interesting.

All Four Seasons of Lucha Underground Streaming Free Online

Lucha Underground is currently streaming on TubiTV.com, in its entirety.
All four seasons of the El Rey Network show are available for free on
internet browsers and TubiTVs Roku channel.

There is still no word on whether a fifth season of Lucha Underground will
take place. The promotion is currently embroiled in a class action lawsuit
with talent that wish to be released from the restrictions of their
contracts, and many of their other top talents have already moved on.

Joe Hendry has announced that his nearly-6 year stint as a free agent has
come to an end. The scottish wrestler took to Twitter to announce that he
has signed with Ring of Honor.

Hendry has worked with Ring of Honor multiple times in the past. No word on when he is set to make his debut.

WWE Champion, Kofi Kingston, recently spoke with Sports Illustrated to hype
up WWE SummerSlam where he gave Daniel Bryan some major praise.

On Bryan being the unsung hero:

Bryan is the unsung hero, said Kingston. And hes done a lot for guys who
are undersized but showed they can still be cast in this top guy spot. Hes
done it so well for a very, very long time.

And Bryan went through that identical journey I did to get to WrestleMania.
He was badgered and blocked by The Authority and called a B-plus player,
that was his story, and it became mine, too. We dont get a lot of shine in
main events, were not 68 and 300 pounds, so the fact that he was my
opponent was poetic. I have a whole lot of respect for Bryan and the
boundaries hes been able to break.

Being in shock when he won the title:

I was in complete disbelief when the refs hand hit the mat for the third
time. So many things have to line up for that moment to happen. If I dont meet Big E and Xavier, then I never get to this point. So I was hit with
all of those thoughts. When I got to the back, Vince was smiling. Tyler
Breeze was there waiting for me, The Usos were there, there were so many
people there waiting for me.

Rocky Romero, Jonathan Gresham & More Announced for NJPW Super J-Cup

New Japan Pro Wrestling has revealed four more names that are set to
compete in the highly anticipated Super J-Cup Rocky Romero, Jonathan
Gresham, Clark Connors and Soberano Jr.

The tournament produced by Jushin Liger will be held over three nights on
the West Coast of the United States, with the first night being on Thursday 8/22 at the Masonic Temple Building-Temple Theater in Tacoma, Washington.

Night two will be on Saturday 8/24 in San Francisco, CA at San Fran State Universitys Student Life Events Center, another debut for NJPW. The finals
will take place on Sunday 8/25 at Walter Pyramid in Long Beach, California,
a return visit for NJPW.

NXT Breakout Tournament Finals, Breezango Returning to Action Prior to NXT Takeover: Toronto

According to a report by PWInsider.com, WWE has decided which two matches
will be taped prior to NXT Takeover: Toronto this weekend.

Every Takeover event sees WWE tape the following weeks WWE NXT episode,
with two matches normally taking place and according to the report, that is what is expected once again.

The Forgotten Sons are expected to be competing against Breezango after Fandango made his return to the company recently from injury.

However, more surprisingly, PWInsider.com is claiming that the NXT Breakout Tournament Finals will also be taped on the show, rather than on Takeover itself as had been expected. Jordan Myles and Cameron Grimes will be
competing in that match where the winner will get a title shot of their choosing in the future.

During the latest X-Pac12360 podcast, Waltman talked about Goldberg making
his return to the company, whilst admitting he wants to see Ziggler pick up

On Goldberg getting a good response:

Goldberg got a good reaction coming out, so thats a good sign. That means
this very well may work as designed, said Waltman. Itll be really good, as
long as people dig it.

On wanting Dolph Ziggler to win the match:

I would like to see Dolph win this. I think that would be a good gesture.
Since this is a work and everything, and one shouldnt have too big of an
ego, maybe it would be good to give back to the business and leave Dolph
better off than when he started this.
