WWE has begun the build towards SummerSlam by releasing full matches from throughout the pay-per-views history completely free on their YouTube
channel.

The latest addition to the list once again comes from the 2017 edition of SummerSlam. Its interesting that WWE keeps going back to this particular
show, as the parallels between now and that exact period in time are
uncanny. Lesnar once against defends the Universal title, Kevin Owens is feuding with Shane McMahon, AJ Styles is U.S. Champion, and Natalya
challenges for the womens title.

Blue Demon Jr. kicked off the show to hype up TripleMania and his Mask vs. Hair main event against Dr. Wagner Jr. He said things were now personal
between them, and its not just a wrestling match. He will end Wagner, and
then hell end his sons.

1. Astrolux & Freelance def. Impulso & Low Rider

Konnan came out talked about Los Mercenarios taking all the championships
in AAA. He promised Cody Rhodes that they would send him a message before
the end of the night, and that he didnt have power anymore as soon as he crossed the border into Mexico.

2. Lady Maravilla, La Parka Negro, Latigo & Ultimo Maldito def. Arkangel Divino, Big Mami, Dinastia & Eclipse Jr.

3. Golden Magic & Lady Shani def. La Hiedra & Villano III Jr.

4. Chik Tormenta, Dave the Clown & Tessa Blanchard def. Faby Apache, Nino Hamburguesa & Knockouts Champion Taya Valkyrie

5. Aero Star, Laredo Kid & Puma King def. Averno, Chessman & Eterno

Psycho Clown came out and attacked the technicos after the match.

6. Daga & Taurus def. Cody & MJF

Rey Escorpion and Texano Jr. came out and joined Taurus in attacking the
AEW stars. Cody punched Taurus in the nuts and gave Daga the Cross Rhodes,
but got beaten down by the others. No Psycho Clown or Cain Velasquez save
ahead of TripleMania.

7. Dr. Wagner Jr., Pentagon Jr. & Psycho Clown def. Blue Demon Jr., Rey Escorpion & Texano Jr.

Taurus, Texano and Escorpion of Los Mercenarios came back out and attacked Dr. Wagner Jr. after the match. Cody Rhodes made the surprise save and
chased them off with a steel chair. There was an epic staredown between
Cody and Wagner before the two shook hands.

Wagner ended the night cutting a promo on Blue Demon Jr., who watched him from ringside. He talked about losing his mask at TripleMania a few years
ago, and now its Demons turn. His historic journey comes to an end, and he
will take his mask at TripleMania. Demon teased a post-show brawl but gave
him the middle finger and walked off.

Jim Ross Comments On Eric Bischoff & Paul Heymans New WWE Roles

AEWs Jim Ross recently appeared on the latest episode of Busted Open Radio where he reflected on Eric Bischoff and Paul Heymans new WWE roles. Below
are some highlights with a H/T to WrestlingInc.com for the transcriptions.

On his fallouts with Vince McMahon:

I do know Vince well and had 26 great years there, Ross stated. Anytime you
are in a territory for 26 years is a nice run. Me leaving there was not a
sad day, Vince is responsible for how nice my bank account looks, and I appreciate that. Jan (his late wife) appreciated that. Whenever I got
pissed off at Vince she would say, Take it easy tiger. I would breathe and exhale, I would get through my personal stuff and we were all good.

On Eric Bischoff and Paul Heymans new WWE Roles:

I do not know what Paul and Eric are going to be allowed to do, Ross mused. Until their roles are clearly established as to what they are going to be allowed to do, then I have no idea how it is going to eventually work out
for them. I think its a splendid idea if it allowed being fully utilized.
Lets say Paul wants to switch the title off of Rollins on a pay-per-view,
is he going to be able to do that without going through channels,
discussions, because sometimes the bloom can fall off the rose and timing
is everything.

Sometimes when you wait a month, six weeks or whatever, the buzz is over. I wonder what Vince is going to allow those guys to do. How much he allows
them to do is going to dictate how successful this move is going to be.
They are both smart, both are good organizers, but they manage differently. Heyman is more of a rah-rah guy, Bischoff is more professional. Paul is a little erratic, I love him, Im happy to say I gave him his break into the business when I put on TBS to be my partner. If he allows them to make
changes, you can start to see a much-improved product.

After being brutally attacked on WWE NXT this week, Matt Riddle has sent a warning to Killian Dain that he wont get away with doing it again.

stage with a huge senton.

However, the King Of Bros is keen to not let that happen again, tweeting
that next time Dain wont be so lucky.

AEW Star Kylie Rae Reportedly Sidelined w/ Undisclosed "Medical Issue"

According to an online report by the Wrestling Observer, AEWs Kylie Rae is currently out of action due to a medical issue.

Whist there was no further details on what the issue exactly is, it was reported that she isnt expected to be out of action for long.

Raw competed in the marquee womens match at Double or Nothing, losing to
Britt Baker, but she hasnt appeared since that point. Since that point, she
has been pulled from several bookings that she had been advertised for due
to the issue.

Tamina Suffers Concussion During Recent WWE Live Event

Unfortunately, WWE Superstar, Tamina has sustained a concussion during a
recent WWE Live Event which will put her out of action.

The injury took place this past weekend at a house show in Augusta, Maine, taking place during a tag team match where Tamina teamed with Sarah Logan
to take on Dana Brooke and Naomi.

Tamina hasnt appeared on WWE main roster television since her WWE
WrestleMania 35 match for the Womens Tag Team Championships, with her tag
team partner, Nia Jax currently on the shelf. However, Tamina has made
sporadic appearances on WWE Main Event.

The severity of the injury is currently unknown.

Kip Sabian Reveals Who Helped Him Land an AEW Contract

Kip Sabian recently spoke with Chris Van Vliet for an in-depth interview
where he revealed who helped him get his AEW contract.

Chris Daniels. He said in an interview or to a fan in Vegas about how he
put in a word for me. Daniels was really instrumental in everything that happened to me over the last few years. Prior to this, I shared a long car journey with him and he was a great guy and gave me lots of advice, tips, pointers.

That night it was me versus Chris Ridgeway who is one of my best friends.
It was me and him in the main event and we were told we could do whatever
we want, youve got half an hour, have a great time. So we went out there
and it is still one of my favorite matches to this day, it was just so much fun.

Daniels watched the match, I didnt even know he was going to watch it. He
came back and I said Hey man, do you have any tips, any advice, any
feedback because thats the first thing I always ask no matter who watched
the match, I want feedback because its always good to get everyones
opinions on that.

He said OK, I think you need to get some color in your gear and I was like
OK, sweet. Now what? and he was like Yeah, thats it. Get on TV. And I was
like Oh, its Christopher Daniels. Come on, give me some secret thing that I need so I can get to the top.'

Former WWE Superstar Advertised For IMPACT Wrestling Shows

Just one day after his WWE contract expired, former WWE Superstar, Rhyno,
has already been advertised for future IMPACT Wrestling dates.

This news isnt a major surprise as Rhyno did make an appearance at the end
of Slammiversary where he attacked Michael Elgin, hitting him with a Gore
to stop him from attacking Don Callis.

Although he appeared under a mask, not revealing his identity, WWE isnt
going to be taking any action even though he was still under contract at
that time.

Now his contract has expired, IMPACT has begun advertising Rhyno for future dates, with the ManBeast at the forefront of the advertisement for the
upcoming show in partnership with Championship Wrestling From Hollywood
next month in Southern California.

Rhyno is currently advertised for the following shows:

Unbreakable – August 2nd in Santa Ana at the Esports Arena
Star Struck Twitch special – August 3rd in Hollywood at Florentine Gardens Impact Wrestling TV tapings – August 4th in Port Hueneme at the Oceanview Pavilion
