Rey Fenix & Lucky Kid Added to PWG Battle of Los Angeles, Updated Lineup

You can officially add All Elite Wrestling star and one half of the Lucha Brothers, Rey Fenix, to the lineup for the 2019 PWG Battle of Los Angeles.
The promotion announced both him and 26-year-old German star Lucky Kid for
this years tournament, taking place over the course of three days this September.

Heres the updated lineup:

FREE MATCH: Brock Lesnar Defends Universal Title at WWE SummerSlam 17

WWE has begun the build towards SummerSlam by releasing full matches from throughout the pay-per-views history completely free on their YouTube
channel.

The latest addition to the list comes from the 2017 edition of SummerSlam featuring a Fatal 4-Way main event match for the WWE Universal
Championship. The Beast Incarnate defended against Samoa Joe, Roman Reigns
and the Monster Among Men Braun Strowman.

Possible Challenger for Kofi Kingstons WWE Title at SummerSlam

The Viper may be preparing to strike at SummerSlam.

This Tuesday on Smackdown Live, Randy Orton made it very clear that he
believed himself to be next in line for a WWE Championship opportunity
against Kofi Kingston. Unfortunately for him, he was not the only Superstar thinking along those same lines.

While he originally wasnt too eager about mixing it up with Kingston and
the New Day immediately, Orton did ultimately compete against the trio in a six-man tag team match, teaming up with Samoa Joe and Elias.

While nothing has been confirmed at this time, The Viper may have
solidified his claim on the WWE Championship by not only winning the match
for his team, but actually pinning the champion Kofi Kingston clean in the middle of the ring with an RKO.

For what its worth, Orton hasnt held the WWE Championship in more than two years, since dropping it to the Modern Day Maharaja Jinder Mahal at
Backlash 2017. He and Kingston havent had a proper singles match together
in five-and-a-half years.

Drake Maverick Offers Mike Kanellis Cruiserweight Title Match, On One
Condition

As previously reported, WWE 205 Live General Manager Drake Maverick finally snapped on his long-time adversary Mike Kanellis this Tuesday night, taking
him down with a quick right hook and a dropkick.

Maverick is now using his full powers as GM to offer Kanellis what hes
always wanted a shot at the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. On one very important condition

If Kanellis wants to face the champion, hell have to get through Drake
Maverick himself, who has thrown down the challenge for an official match between the two. This would be the first time the former Impact Wrestling
star (fka Rockstar Spud) has been in a proper one-on-one singles match in a
WWE ring.

Will Ospreay Cleared to Return to the Ring Following Injury Scare

As reported, Will Ospreay suffered a neck injury announced on July 15th
that caused him to miss the undercard of Mondays G1 Climax event in
Hokkaido, Japan.

New Japan Pro-Wrestling confirmed at the time that the UK star had not
suffered any skeletal or nervous issues, and would be undergoing further medical examination.

Luckily the promotion had a three-day break in between tournament dates so Ospreay was able to rest up, and it has been officially confirmed that he
is cleared to return to the ring. This means he will not miss Thursdays
(early morning in the U.S.) highly anticipated A Block tournament match
against Kota Ibushi.

Apollo Crews scored a big victory over Andrade this Tuesday night on Smackdown Live, and hell try to keep that momentum going when returning to
the black-and-gold brand. Apollo will be taking on Kushida, who remains undefeated since arriving in WWE.

The final match of the NXT Breakout Tournament goes down tonight, as the massive Bronson Reed (fka Jonah Rock) takes on former Impact Wrestling and
NWA star Sam Shaw, who has been rebranded using the name Dexter Lumis.

Matt Riddle returns to action taking on Brazilian Superstar Arturo Ruas.

WWE.com is also teasing the next move for the Street Profits, as the NXT
Tag Team Champions have clearly been targeted by the Undisputed Era. Their future is unknown at Full Sail since coming to the main roster, and as
Takeover Toronto looms it will be interesting to see what happens with the belts.

Liv Morgan may be undergoing a change to her character, after finally
returning to the ring this Tuesday night on WWE Smackdown Live.

Prior to this weeks show, Liv hadnt been seen in action outside of house
shows since being eliminated from the womens battle royal at WrestleMania.
Many have been vocal about wanting to see the former Riott Squad member
back on television, including Kevin Owens, who included her in a list of
names kept off the Extreme Rules card this past weekend.

Liv fans got exactly what they wanted on Smackdown Live, as the pink-haired Superstar voiced her own displeasure in a public forum with Shane McMahon
to open the show. This resulted in a verbal exchange with none other than Charlotte Flair, who mocked Morgan by asking if she even worked on the blue brand.

After decisively tapping out Flairs signature Figure Eight submission, an obviously emotional Liv limped her way to the commentary table and ripped
the headset off Corey Graves screaming, Charlotte was right, and when I
come back Im going to be real!

WATCH: WWE Roster Addresses Shane McMahon in Town Hall Meeting, Kevin Owens Crashing the Party

As advertised, Shane McMahon kicked off Smackdown Live this Tuesday night with a public forum open to the entire WWE roster, after recent
controversial remarks made by Kevin Owens about him and the entire McMahon family at Extreme Rules.

The panel featured all kinds of WWE Superstars with plenty of complaints
and shameless ass-kissing firing off from both ends. Roman Reigns even
smoke up at one point, calling out Shane OMac on his B.S., and telling the billion dollar heir to kiss his ass. Other stars like Charlotte Flair and
Buddy Murphy were of course quick to defend their boss.

Although Owens was banned from the arena and not allowed to participate in
the sham of a public forum, the out-of-control Canadian ended up sneaking
back into the building and dropping Shane once again with the Stone Cold Stunner. Check out the footage below.
