• Singing at 88

From Con Reeder, unhyphenated American@21:1/5 to All on Mon Feb 27 02:48:48 2023
Went to see Frankie Valli tonight, only to make my wife happy.
The show WAY exceeded my expecations -- it was dynamite.

The man can actually sing pretty well at 88. Kind of like the
singing pig. It isn't so much that he can sing well, but that he
    can sing at all.

I hate to tell you this, but he has long been accused of lip syncing.

I don't think so. He wasn't *that* good. He had the young guys to
back him up, to be sure, but he provided a lot of the lead lines.

There are videos out there, but it’s also possible he’s using live vocal tuning to help now instead - like what auto tuning was designed to do before artists decided to use it to around more like megatron

Who cares? As long as Con enjoyed the show, that's all that matters.
