Malone...stockton in interviews is boring as shit and a little prickly as well. Malone otoh seems to have just
enough crazy in him to at least make things interesting.

And lets be real in comparing these players you could say Malone was comfortably one of the very best 2-4 players
in the nba several years. He won 2 mvps for example. Stockton....what was the *highest* he ever finished? 5th or 6th maybe?
So regardless of peoples bs 'all time' lists, Malone for all his faults(and there were some) was a more dominating player with a higher peak who simply mattered at his best more than John Stockton.

It's why I have a problem with any list that has John Stockton like #19 all time on it or whatever. You can't be the 19th best player all time if you never even had a top 4 mvp finish *ever* in your best year. That would be a huge outlier....because I
guarandamntee everyone else in that range would have at least 1 mvp(many multiple mvps) and at a minimum at least 3-4 years where they finished in the top 2-3.

yes, and that's why you can't be included in the top 4 teams in the country if you can't even get into your conference championship game.

no...not really. or at least I disagree with that premise. You may feel otherwise, but regarless what I wrote and what you wrote are
not comparable or related as examples in any way.
