    for that super bowl pick.

The regular one *and* a little for the selling points one.....

hopefully several of you rsfckers are just 30 minutes of football away from cashing some huge tickets.

    I know I am :)

You were warned what would happen if you listened to me...

But not to worry, because I had a backup plan - a "reverse parlay" that couldn't miss, even if I had to put up a wad:
(the bet wins if any of these win)
    * "No" on "all kickoffs in the first half will be touchbacks"
    * "No" on "there will be a defensive touchdown in the first half"
    * "No" on "there will be a field goal missed by hitting the crossbar/uprights in the first half"

I missed most of the first half - time to check the highlights...

Okay, to be fair, the Eagles were 4 points better than the Chiefs on offense.

The problem was, that pick-up six, scoop & score, whatever it's called this week by the KC defense still counts for 7 (and why do I have the feeling that if the Eagles would have won by less than 7, the game would quickly become known as "Tuck Rule II"
with that overturned second fumble recovery for a TD?)

I just noticed that Philadelphia actually just scored the most points ever in a Super Bowl loss. They took that away from New England, who scored 33 in their loss to Philadelphia.

They are already whining about the holding penalty. The defender held, it
was obvious, it's the Super Bowl. Not supposed to get caught doing the
    obvious in the Super Bowl.

Taking care of the script to ensure KC won after Josh Sills got indicted for rape a week and a half before the Big Game.

Assuming this conspiracy theory was even remotely true, explain the overturning of what would have been the Chiefs' second fumble recovery for a touchdown.

That was a TD, no question.

Was definately on the right side though. Would make those bets 100/100 times again and feel good about it.

I don't know how much difference it makes in the NFL but KC's SOS was 7th and the Eagles 24th even though they produced similar statistics. The top eight teams were all AFC. I thought the NFC was a really weak division this year. I thought KC was a
much better offensive team stickly as a viewer. The eagles were constantly in testy 3rd down situations and it seemed they just had more trouble moving the ball. Had KC gone for the first 4th down and made it along with a TD instead of a missed field
goal, I think they win by 14.
When the eagles have to rely on your QB for three rushing TD's you don't have much of an offense IMHO
