• Question for Democrats

From Irish Mike@21:1/5 to All on Thu Oct 20 23:50:37 2022
If the Republicans take back the House in
the mid-term election, and for America's sake
I pray they do, how long will it take them to
impeach Joe :Biden for his gross incompetence
and failure to enforce the laws to protect our
border? My guess is he will be impeached by
    July 4th 2023.

Impeach him for that at your party's peril.

What does "at your party's peril" mean? Will Biden and the Democrats
destroy the economy even further? Will inflation go beyond it's current
41 year record high? Will more than the 5 million illegals who have flooded into America
since Biden has been in office increase? Will the Stock market tank even further than it already has under Biden? Will the violent crime wave surge even higher? Will gas prices go even higher? Will Biden add even more $trillions to our national debt with his idiotic limitless spending?
Will Biden give the Muslim terrorists in Afghanistan another $85 Billion
in American military weapons & equipment?

I wouldn't worry about impeaching him -- you won't get the 67 votes.

You go for complete nullification or he has nothing to lose by inserting a Russian nuke square up your ass in the next two years.

Mike (And some of the rest of us will have nothing to lose by looting you blind personally.)

About as long as it took to repeal Obamacare and build a border wall.

Unless you shoot the leftward half of the country, yes.

Will inflation go beyond it's current 41 year record high?

Unless the population of this country is halved and every company and agency propped up by the coronavirus relief is destroyed, then yes (at least in your misguided view).

Will more than the 5 million illegals who have flooded into America
since Biden has been in office increase?

You'll need to get your new workforce from somewhere, so yes.

Will the Stock market tank even further than it already has under Biden?

We can only hope! Unless you want to admit that degree of manipulated casino predation is the only way to make money in this country -- at which point see above. You aren't getting this country back with 340,000,000 legals in it.

Will the violent crime wave surge even higher?

I'm about six weeks from joining it full-scale. Shoot me if you don't like it.

Will gas prices go even higher?

If you don't care about our health, we'll make travel punitive. Fuck you.

    Will Biden add even more
$trillions to our national debt with his idiotic limitless spending?

You better kill us then. Everyone and everything reliant on that "idiotic limitless spending" needs to die, then.

Will Biden give the Muslim terrorists in Afghanistan another $85 Billion
in American military weapons & equipment?

I wouldn't worry about that. He'll have nothing left to lose by tac-nuking Russia if he's that much of a lame duck.

And since when did "we know the Senate won't convict, but why should that stop us impeaching the President?" stop the House? Clinton was impeached, and Trump was impeached twice, and in none of those instances was anybody under the delusion that the
    Senate was going to convict.

No, it means that you'll have fewer "independent" voters in the future than you have now.

    Because you have another alternative:

You actually enact your state GOP platforms and the Congress revokes consent.

Force Biden to sue into the Alito/Thomas Court.

Except for two small little details:
    1. The votes have already been counted as per the 12th Amendment, and there is no Constitutional way of "uncounting" or changing them. If you believe there is, then please explain, in something that has more detail than "Congress revokes consent," how.

Which is why they deliberately create a Constitutional crisis by stating they do not believe the 2020 election was held properly.

They pass a resolution stating nationally that the Congress no longer consents to the Electoral College count because the election was fraudulent.

    2. As I recall, you think "consent" means "not using the right to challenge a state's electoral votes, or having such a challenge voted down in Congress," so I am assuming that "revoking consent" means that states can challenge electoral votes long
after the fact. One small problem: the only provision for challenging electoral college votes is in Title 3, Section 15 of the United States Code, which limits this ability to when that particular state's votes are announced at the count. In order to
change this, you need to change the law, and in order to change the law, you either need to prevent Biden from vetoing it, or get 2/3 of the House and 2/3 of the Senate to override the veto.

Or you do it from the Supreme Court bench.
