    I'd never heard of Utah Tech, and then found it it used to be known as Dixie State.

    It could happen; after all, Notre Dame and, technically, Air Force have done it to remove refences to just men. (But changing "give 'er the gun"? Seriously?)

    However, I draw the line at "Sons of California" (the Cal alumni song)...
