• Cleveland Browns question?

From Irish Mike@21:1/5 to All on Thu Jul 7 11:12:31 2022
I have a question. What the hell are the Browns
doing? They let QB Baker Mayfield go to the Carolina
Panthers but they still have to pay at least $10 million
of the money left on his contract. Then they pay
$230 million to get DeShaun Watson for their new
QB. Except this dim bulb moron has 24 sexual assault charges
against him and, even if he doesn't end up in prison, the NFL
will probably suspend him. Not to mention all the negative press
Watson will be dragging around for the rest of his NFL career.

As a Bengal's fan I'm not rooting for the Browns but you
do have to wonder about the brain-trust that is calling
    the shots for them.

The Browns are another one of those teams you begin to wonder if they are basically just "playing along" to cash out on the idiots who remain fans of such an intentionally loser franchise.

I assume the Brown's contract with Watson includes a "you'd better
get out of jail free" clause.
