    Abortion:

As a Christian I believe life is precious and we should do whatever is necessary to force women to give birth. Losing even one precious baby is a tragedy

    Mass shootings and gun murders

Whaddya gonna do? I like guns.

Abortion: One of the few areas where I agreed with WJC. Abortion
should be safe, legal, and rare.

Gun crime: Arm more victims or have armed protection for them.

It's just so crazy that the NRA doesn't allow guns at their own rallies. Do they not want to be safe?

    Hold that thought.

That's the Secret Service vis-a-vis Trump and actually trumps (pardon the pun) the NRA or anyone else.

You don't think he'd want 100 White Men with their AR-15's ready to fire at everyone else in this country to surround him as he oinks his belief system?

You'd literally need to turn the streets free-fire.

I thank God for the providence I am not allowed to carry or own a firearm. I would kill, and kill as many of the people I felt worthy to suffer that fate before I was shot and killed, otherwise.

I understand the one and sole purpose of a firearm, knowing that, in many respects of that situation, the best defense IS a good offense, especially with some of the non-human anti-intelligent filth which is allowed not only to walk this country, but to
represent it in the halls of governance. (Marjorie Taylor Greene and her "cheeseburger zapper" she feels is going to be imposed on her is the latest example.)

And the kicker I would state is: Some of us are basically dead already. And the more we look around us, we understand this. We understand God basically has full control, guarantees us NOTHING on this Earth, and will be done with us when He is done
with us -- so it really doesn't matter if I'd be shot and killed today or tomorrow.

You give me a gun, and I do it. At least I have the understanding that I would, and am, hence, glad I am not allowed that.

No it isn’t. I’ve been watching you post on these issues for years.

Btw I don’t mean “Whaddya gonna do” in the sense of a “just try and take
mine” challenge. I mean it in the sense of fake resignation where it serves your interests to claim nothing can be done in a situation that you really don’t want to do anything about anyway, because in reality the situation is totally acceptable to you. Self-serving helplessness.

Here I’ll let Tony demonstrate it:

Venues in Texas ban guns? Are you sure? And even if so, are they really
too lazy to find a venue that lines up with their stated values?

This issue comes up every year. Either local laws or venue rules
usually rules the event. When you're that big, options are limited.

In this specific case, I think Trump would not mind in the least, nor Texas, a bunch of toting armed men sending the message of what is going to happen in this country starting in about six months.

Which is why I think this is 100% Secret Service. My opinion, though.
