Conceded promptly even though it was a close race.

I suspect he’s actually relieved to lose.

And then squirted gasoline in the air.

Now he gets to write a tell-all book about his Republican cocaine orgies. He really has nothing to lose at this point.

You've done a lot of solid work here, but it's just not GOP, now is it?
    ...
I just got off the phone with Bill Rutherford. Apparently you two had quite a meeting this weekend.

I have friends who think he threw in the towel, better to squawk on FOX.

I'm, more, of the opinion someone in the Republicans wants him disappeared -- that his visual, for someone who is "defective", is so bad...

I’m not sure what you’re saying here but all of the shit that came out about Cawthorn was coming from GOP oppo research not Dems. This was
    strictly GOP on GOP violence.

I follow a GOP “communications specialist” on Twitter who has been bragging about the work she did to get this stuff out about Cawthorn.

That's what I suspect. Now, if he weren't "disabled" or anything like that, this is the perfect kind of "WHITE AMERICAN MAN!!!!!!!!! RARGH!!!!" the GOP would present for the future of this country -- virile and willing to flaunt that It's OK If You Are
    A Republican."

That he's in the wheelchair? Life expectancy, maybe five years, depending on where he is on The List?

This is basically a cleansing on the Right -- and I think that's part of what's going on over there.
