    That's nothing - Shell took a $3.9 billion hit and still tripled its profits...probably by raising prices in California where they're already so high that nobody would notice (I have to search long and hard to find anybody under $6/gallon now)

    So what you guys are saying that by causing the price of oil to skyrocket, Russia made it less painful for oil companies to pull out.
