    But, a day and almost a half afterward, they MAY in fact be the only two known such cases.

    The other thing is that it is still a MASSIVE breach of the trust of the Court, etc.

    Whether it's chargeable as a crime... That could depend on interpretation.

    There have been a few leaks in the past; pretty much invariably, they resulted in the decisions' announcements being delayed by a few weeks, but the decisions themselves ended up being unchanged. Considering that this is the sort of decision that is
    usually announced on the final day of the term, I don't expect there to be any delay past that, although theoretically the court can wait until the new term begins in October.
