Seems that the Democratic precincts of the state have already done this.

May kind of have to be at this point.

If official legalese ever fully becomes "Shoot, Shovel, and Shush", why would you functionally wait until someone comes on your property?

You know, Second Amendment, Act of War, all that claptrap?

These horrific scenarios of murder and destruction that plague your mind; you always predict
the latest GOP knucklehead will eventually make them a reality. Interestingly, they already
    exist, but in Democratic-run areas.

Rarely do we witness cause and effect so clearly.
Mayors and city councils everywhere are lurching to the far-left fringe, dismissing the
majority’s concerns over crime, defunding and demoralizing police, and empowering
violent criminals. That’s the cause. The effect is rising murder rates in Democrat-run
cities all over the country. Americans are dying.

Not only do you miss the point that the extent and scale are different (I'm thinking something like the leftward half of the US population), but you also miss the fact that that is WHY such a scenario has been getting voted for by the American Right
    since the Contract With/On America.

So how much longer you going to be cowards about it?

At least until prison isn't the likely outcome.

Which is why I'm shocked that the likes of Rittenhouse didn't come out and use the 2nd Amendment as his defense.

Thing is, I think that day is coming far sooner than I think even you suspect -- which see that one sheriff in Florida who has said it is now actually better to shoot to kill, as it saves taxpayer money.
