    Yes, that's happened. The situation described is a bit more nefarious.
    To protect the rights of MTF trans prisoners, they are putting a bunch
    of women at risk. Bad enough when there are bad cops, worse when the
    system at self is to blame.

    When I was in Riker's, I was introduced (no, not "introduced", though I'm sure you'd rather have had that) to the concept of a woman with both sets of genitalia. A friend of mine in the wing called "them" a "he/she" -- meaning both.

    Now I know you want to genocide all the "groomers" and the like, but you best be honest with what you're dealing with here.
