    Here's a good one. The parking lot at the Akron Greyhound station. Guys sitting around with guns visible. Of course I was safe there, too. It just felt....odd.

    One of the two men who robbed me, they took my watch, was killed by the Chicago cops in another armed robbery of a Burger King. The other was arrested and tried but I don't know the sentence.

    Took a stiff shot from one of the fellow inmates. Two days later, he was patting me on the back and shaking my hand for taking it quite well, thank you.

    More respect than on the outside, before or since.

    a couple of friends of mine got lost on the subway and ended up in a particularly bad part. As they were climbing the stairs out of the stop a

    Lobby of hell raised 2 in San Diego I walked right into the middle of a gang fight where some guy was threatening to kill the family of a guy laying face down in a pool of blood.
    They ignored me fortunately.

    That's saying something considering I've ridden a motorcycle solo through Mexico, Guatamala and el salvador, and been to Mombasa Kenya, Pattaya beach Thailand and other navy port cities.
