one acre at the base of Aspen Mountain for $76.25 million. The property, owned by Norway Island LLC, a group including Jim DeFrancia of Lowe's Development, Jeff Gorsuch and Bryan Peterson, covers 41,268 square feet and has approvals to build an 81-room
hotel.
