I saw a Reddit thread the other day with this discussion and thought it was interesting because it was something I never thought about, and I usually think about stuff like this. For me, it’s…

    North: Kiruna, Sweden
    South: Mexico City
    East: Budapest
West: San Francisco (or maybe Seattle)

Assuming east/west are broken up by the 180th meridian:

    North: Vancouver
    East: Auckland
South: whichever of Auckland or Melbourne is farther south
West: Honolulu, albeit just for a change of planes - if you don't count that, then it's somewhere along the northern California coast (I think Fort Bragg, CA)

Well, aboard the USS Carl Vinson I went North through the Aleutians, and west to either Mombasa, Kenya or somewhere in the Persian gulf.
Mombasa may be the farthest south I've been too, that or Bonaire.

Makes sense. All mine are assuming you have to be on land:

    North: Inuvik, Northwest Territories, Canada

    East: Agana, Guam
    West: Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii

If being on the ocean counts, I straddled the 180th parallel
and went very far north and south.
