    I don't expect for all of a big city like this to be safe. Or to be free or wandering vagrants or property crimes or whatever. I don't even expect for most of it to be safe. I don't even expect 1/3 to be safe. But yeah if my lot value is 1.5
    million and the average home price in a neighborhood is 3 or so, I *do* expect some decent level of safety and security in that neighborhood.


    Then said neighborhood should hire their own security service, just tack
    it on to the HOA fee.
