    I see James Madison is up at #16 as well, but Liberty is not in the Top 25 at all. Troy's only two losses are to #15 K-State and #16 James Madison.

    Not that it matters, but how was Iowa ranked last week, they win vs NU and they drop off.

    NOTCFP is based on computer rankings - it's possible that a lot of them penalized Iowa for playing a 4-5 Northwestern team, while Troy beat, er, 4-5 South Alabama.
    In other words, with a lot of these computers, your guess is as good as mine. In my personal rankings, Iowa is 16, while Duke is 38 and Troy is 43 - four spots below a 3-6 Cal, although five of Cal's losses are to teams in my top 11.
