    The only reason it was a Power 5 Conference in any respect was the ties to the Rose Bowl.

    The moment they made the Rose Bowl a permanent (at minimum) CFP Quarterfinal, the Pac-12 was done.

    If USC was any part of it, it took both, but I do believe that, more, the Rose Bowl no longer being tied to the Pac-12 did it in.

    USC’s role in the collapse of the PAC-12 is nothing to be proud of…by blocking a move to merge with the B12 after the B12 lost Texas and Oklahoma they guaranteed the demise of the league if they left, which they then
    turned around and did.

    I mean sure go to a richer league in your own interest, no resentment for
    that, but setting fire to your house as you were leaving is a dick move.
