Answer: Jackson State is the only one of the eight to have anybody taken in the NFL draft. Okay, to be fair, a lot of (presumably lower-round) potential picks who still had eligibility decided to stay...gee, I wonder if NIL had anything to do with that?
Anyway, note that those are the only seven Power 5 schools that had nobody drafted, and Jackson State is the only HBCU that did (CB/returner Isaiah Bolden, in the 7th round by the Patriots).
Wait a minute...checks that list again...somebody from Cal got drafted this year? (DB Daniel Scott, fifth round, by the Colts)
