Ivor Wynne was the Athletic Director at McMaster University. His son Robert is a Lawyer now in Hamilton. The Baseball Stadium which sat on the corner of Balsam and Cannon was just called the Hamilton Baseball Stadium as far as I know. It was later
converted to a Soccer Field and that is when it was called Brian Timmins Stadium. Ivor Wynne Stadium was Civic Stadium prior to 1970
